A soft painless lump that you have observed may be one of the sebaceous cysts which are the benign growths or other non-cancerous conditions that you might have. The most common causes are blocked follicles or skin conditions. Although these swellings are generally not dangerous, it's important to seek medical advice from a gynecologist.

Am a 22 aged female am taking family planning pills but I had gone periods don't know if it's normal but the blood is different to the common mensural blood
Female | 22
It is quite normal to see alterations in the cycle while on family planning pills. The blood may differ from what the normal is but it is not a cause for concern. Your period might be shorter or longer than in the past. If you are experiencing other symptoms such as extreme pain or heavy bleeding, you should consult your gynecologist.

महिला | 26
A woman who is with a child can take an auto or a bus to work safely, but definitely, has to seek an assessment of her pregnancy by an obstetrician before she can proceed to travel. This will help you to combat fatigue. If you find yourself or suffer from discomfort or complications, seek your obstetrician or gynecologist for an evaluation and treatment.

I’m currently 18 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I’ve been having pains down there for about the last 2 weeks is this normal?
Female | 26
Pain in the lower abdomen during pregnancy can be a common factor during 18 weeks due to the various changes in your body. The main reason could be round ligament pain, which is like a stretching feeling in your belly. This is the fact of the uterus growing. Rest, move slowly, and try a warm bath for relief. But if the pain worsens or other symptoms occur, contact your gynecologist.

Have a unprotected sex during the day of ovelation after periods I don't want to eat ipill any alternative option to stop pregnancy
Female | 23
Preventing pregnancy after unprotected intercourse during ovulation is crucial. Ovulation is when a mature egg is released from the ovary and can be fertilized by sperm, leading to pregnancy. Emergency contraceptive pills like "i-pill" or copper IUDs can be used to prevent pregnancy. A doctor can insert a copper IUD to block pregnancy after unprotected intercourse. Early signs of pregnancy include a missed period, nausea, breast tenderness, and fatigue. In case of a medical concern, it's important to consult a gynecologist as soon as possible to discuss your options.

I sex with my bf very first time on 13 date of month.. than next day bleeding was started for 4-5 days.. next month my periods not come at 5th date , than I take ginger water for 4-5 days , than my periods come at 13th of month , can I pragnent, I have no situation to take pregnancy test , please tell me I am pregnant or not , I don't tell this to my home , if they know that , they will kill me , please suggest me
Female | 18
Stress, dietary changes, and hormonal imbalance are some reasons that lead to changes in the menstrual cycle. You might have ginger water to thank for aiding your period's normality to some extent. In the absence of a pregnancy test, the uncertainty is inevitable. Keep an eye on nausea, fatigue, or swollenness of the breasts for signs of pregnancy. To be on the safe side, look out for frequent urinating, food cravings, and mood swings too, if any of these show up. If you experience any other symptoms or your period is delayed again, it's better to consult a gynecologist.

Female | 22
One extremely important thing to do is to investigate the possible reasons for your periods' absence. Weight gain and feeling thirsty might indicate struggling with various issues, such as chemical imbalances or thyroid problems. There are multiple other excuses for your feelings. I hope you will go to a doctor to check what's what and get the right treatment.

I am 24 years old. I have been having irregular periods for a year now. What should I do?
Female | 24
If your menstrual periods are irregular or different from normal, adopting a healthy lifestyle can help. Stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalances, and conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) may be the cause. Start tracking your periods and make an appointment with your doctor for a health check-up. The doctor might suggest lifestyle changes, medications, or additional tests to diagnose the issue. It's important to seek medical advice from a gynecologist for your symptoms.

For tearing in the vulva area and itching after rough sex, you can use a soothing ointment like aloe vera or a prescribed topical cream. Keep the area clean and dry. If symptoms persist, consult a gynecologist to rule out infections, including yeast infections.

Any discharge or abdominal pain during pregnancy should not be ignored. It could be a normal change in the body or a sign of an underlying medical condition. She has a lesion mass in pelvic region
Female | 40
A pelvic lump is a surgical emergency, and you should not wait to visit a healthcare provider for appropriate medical examination. These kinds of masses may be caused by different conditions such as an ovarian cyst, uterus nodular formation or even cancer. I suggest that you seek medical advice from an OB/GYN doctor for further examination, and treatment if necessary.

Fibroids and a blocked fallopian tube can pose obstacles in conceiving, but pregnancy remains possible. These conditions sometimes contribute to miscarriages or fertility issues. Working closely with your gynecologist is crucial to developing a suitable approach. Treatments exist that could enhance your chances of a successful pregnancy.

I do not use any kind of birth control. And am sexually active. I use condoms or pull out. I have always had pretty regular periods but recently gotten my period twice in 4 weeks. What do I do?
Female | 17
Having periods twice within 4 weeks can happen due to stress, weight changes, or hormone imbalances. If it continues or other symptoms like pain or heavy bleeding occur, seeing a gynecologist is wise to ensure everything's alright.

I got my period on 24th Feb. After that I didn't get it in the month of March and April as well. Even I never had sex. Please recommend any tablet.
Female | 21
Things like feeling stressed, gaining or losing weight, changing what you eat, or exercising differently can make your cycle irregular. Since you haven't had sex, you don't need to worry about being pregnant. My advice is to wait a little longer and see if your period starts on its own. But if it doesn't come soon, talking to a gynecologist might help figure out what's going on.

Mensuration bleeding from last 10 days

This lengthy bleeding could happen due to hormones being out of balance. Fibroids or certain medicines might also be why. Look out for other issues like feeling tired or dizzy too. Don't overlook this - see a gynecologist to find the real reason and get the proper care.
