Answered on 17th July '24
Your mother has a dangerous growth in her rectum. This is known as a malignant rectal polyp. Bleeding from the rectum may occur. Bowel habits could also change significantly. She may experience abdominal pain. The causes can be genetic factors or her diet. Treating it involves surgical removal of the polyp. Alternatively, radiation therapy kills cancerous cells. Consult her healthcare team to determine the best treatment path.

Male | 21
This is a likely situation. If you experience difficulty swallowing, have severe pain in your chest, or are Short of breath, go to the hospital as soon as possible. You may try drinking little sips of water to help it down. Refrain from the activity of self-induced vomiting. If the signs persist, seek medical aid at once.

Hello my name is Mohammad my mom died from colon cancer and my aunt father side died from lung cancer and recently I am having black ( I mean like really black) poop I haven’t had any iron supplements and I’m not having abdominal pain but I lost a lot of weight in 2-3 months I hardly ever go to ???? and when I go I have very stiff black poop I don’t have eagerness for food and I was very very harmed mentally for my moms lost that I almost had days taking 1.5 kg of ambient (15*10tablets*10gr) I am also studying dentistry so if you speak in medical terms I would probably understand.
Male | 23
Do not underestimate how black stool points to possible internal bleeding of your digestive system, nor your symptoms of losing weight and having no appetite. This points to the start of a severe health issue that would be more likely benign than malignant. Besides, it's best to go through the colon and intestine diagnostics first as well as some other medical tests.

Hi im divine, a 16 yrs old girl, recently I've been having pain at the lower left side of my stomach and it's hurts a lot. The pain comes and goes. What illness are they symptoms of?
Female | 16
Your tummy hurt on the bottom-left side could mean you have diverticulitis. Little pouches in your colon swell up. Pain, bloaty feeling, and hot temps come along. A diet full of fiber, lots of water, and some meds can make it better. But go see a gastroenterologist first to find out for sure and get the right care.

I m suffering from fissure in anus
Male | 40
You may have a fissure in your anus which could hurt a lot and make you uncomfortable. A fissure is like a tiny cut on the skin around your bottom. It is caused by passing hard stool, running stomach, or diseases like Crohn`s disease. Symptoms may include pain when passing stool and sometimes even bleeding. To alleviate these symptoms, try taking more fiber in your diet, drinking enough water daily, and applying creams to soothe the affected area.

Objective: - Constipation with lack of urge to defecate. - Lower abdominal discomfort, specifically on the left side. - No signs of infection from CBC. Assessment: - Severe constipation possibly exacerbated by severe anemia and pregnancy-related hormonal changes. - Lower left abdominal pain likely due to stool buildup in the colon.
Female | 26
Pregnancy can cause hormonal changes that may contribute to severe constipation, especially when combined with anemia. The feelings of fullness and lower abdominal discomfort indicate the need for further evaluation. While you’ve tried several methods, it’s crucial to consult your gynecologist for tailored treatment options. They may suggest changes in medication or additional tests to rule out other issues. In the meantime, gentle movements, warm baths, and a balanced diet can help alleviate some discomfort.

Bavasir ke bare mein information or tritment
Male | 18
Piles are a prevalent health issue where the vessels around the last part of the large intestine become inflamed. The signs are greatly distressing and may involve such feelings as pain, itching, or the passage of blood during defecation. Sometimes the condition arises due to excessive tension on the toilet, ongoing diarrhea or constipation, or the result of sitting for long periods. The typical lines of treatment include the consumption of fiber-rich foods, water intake, and application of creams or ointments for pain relief. Surgery is necessary to solve such issues in the worst-case scenario.

You probably have a normal bacterial infection known as a urinary tract infection (UTI). It occurs when bacteria get inside the urethra and the bladder and infect them. Typical symptoms include lower belly pain, pain in your private area, smelly pee, and burning while you pee. You have to drink a lot of water and go to a gastroenterologist for the cure with antibiotics.

Female | 19
The presence of white patches in your mouth could indicate a condition like oral thrush, which may arise from various factors, including infections and immune system fluctuations. Piles and anal fissures can often occur due to constipation or straining during bowel movements. It's essential to maintain a balanced diet rich in fiber and stay hydrated. These ongoing issues don't necessarily mean your immune system is significantly weakened, but I encourage you to consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation and personalized guidance.

Tummy aches, throwing up, and frequent bathroom trips are common signs of food poisoning. The key is staying hydrated; drink lots of water or rehydration drinks. For stomach loose motion lasting two days, you can try taking ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) to prevent dehydration and a probiotic like curd or yogurt. Experiencing persistent thin stools for several months can be concerning. This issue may arise from various factors, including dietary changes, stress, or gastrointestinal conditions. It’s essential to pay attention to any additional symptoms such as pain, weight loss, or changes in appetite. Incorporating a balanced diet rich in fiber, staying hydrated, and managing stress can be beneficial. However, due to the duration of your symptoms, I encourage you to consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation. Whenever I masterbate, my spine hurts, I have trouble breathing, my stomach doesn't clear, I have gallstones.
Male | 29
Body signals should be cared for. The stress in your body is shown by your spinal pain, difficulty breathing, upset stomach, and gallstones when you are doing masturbation. However, it's important to stress that your body is the one you should notice and not these signs that are sometimes ignored. The next step can be to approach a gastroenterologist to discuss these symptoms in more detail.

Unintentionally if you take Valdoxan or Ciprofloxacin, your body may start experiencing some unpleasant symptoms. The medications could be handled by a gastroenterologist or a psychiatrist.

I was a mild stinging in my throat and was prescribed rabeloc rd for 1 month followed by esomeprazole for another month. After the course of the medication I was free from the symptoms but then I started having a terrible chest pain heartburn stomach ache one week after I stopped the ppi.
Female | 24
You might feel chest pain, heartburn, and stomach ache. It could be acid rebound. Your body makes more acid when you stop taking PPIs fast. This causes symptoms like heartburn and stomach pain. To help, eat smaller meals. Avoid foods that trigger it. Use antacids if needed. But talk to a gastroenterologist before changing anything.

According to my last doctor is it chronic pancreatitis. It hurts when i lay on my right during active pain, the pain is bad and it feels better in the fetal position. Sometimes i suffer from lose motions and other times i’m constipated. My reports show swollen pancreas every time. I had sludge in my gallbladder almost 1.5 years ago and my latest report don’t show it anymore. And now I have a splenic hemangioma but a general surgeon says it isn’t necessary to remove it. Any suggestions? I’m taking creon and ursofalk. Whenever the pain is active I take diclofenac or Neprox.
Female | 24
The way you recognize it causes you great pain related to chronic pancreatitis, which can be a pain in the abdomen, digestive problems, and alteration in bowel movements. The said pancreas swelling and past gallbladder sludge can be contributing factors to these symptoms. It's reassuring to me to hear that the hemangioma is still under observation and that it does not imply the need for surgery at this moment. For proper digestion, it is essential to stick to your medications as prescribed, such as Creon and Ursofalk. If your pain gets worse or changes, you are kindly recommended to go to your gastroenterologist.
