BPD is known for its symptoms such as self-injury, unstable emotions, fear of abandonment, and impulsivity. For example, you may feel sad, lose interest in things that previously gave you pleasure, and experience changes in your eating and sleeping habits. Genetic, biological, and environmental factors may be the culprits of both diseases. You should seek the assistance of a psychiatrist or a counselor.

It's important to understand that schizophrenia is a chronic condition that requires ongoing treatment. If you're experiencing excessive sexual desire, it may be a side effect of your medications or related to the condition itself. I strongly advise you to consult a psychiatrist who can adjust your treatment plan or provide guidance on managing these symptoms effectively.

Headaches and difficulty sleeping are normal when getting used to this treatment. To relieve these signs your doctor might want to lower the dose. Be certain to inform your doctor of these side effects so that he or she can decide what would be best for your case.

OCD, or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, can be very challenging to manage. It often causes anxiety and makes it hard to make decisions, disrupting daily life. While changing doctors and medications can help, open communication with your current doctor is essential. Be honest about trying new treatment approaches; they may suggest options like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which has proven effective in managing OCD symptoms. Many people have faced similar struggles and learned to live with OCD, so remember, it is possible to cope. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to your psychiatrist.

After that talking with herself ( I am positive, everyone talking with me polite, all is well, ok etc) 3.crying too much, closes her eye, sleeping on floor, pain in her left side chest, stomach sounding very fast like gad gad, plam light bluish
Female | 26
Your friend is having a hard time dealing with stress and experiencing emotional troubles, which in turn, are causing physical problems. She might be crying, talking to herself, and feeling a sharp pain in her chest, which is a clear indication of stress and anxiety. The noises in the stomach and blueish palms may be the first signs of a high pulse rate and lack of normal blood circulation. Advice her to speak to someone she trusts and make deep breathing a habit, and have her try relaxation techniques to minimize stress.

In reality, these symptoms return when you are not on your medication, so it is crucial to talk with your healthcare provider about restarting your medication. Male | 18
Listening to binaural beats and practicing meditation can have both beneficial and adverse effects on your mind and body. Positively, these activities may enhance concentration, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. However, excessive use might lead to overstimulation or difficulty concentrating. Symptoms could include restlessness or fatigue. To ensure a balanced approach, limit your sessions and take breaks when necessary. If you experience persistent discomfort or have questions about your practice, consulting a psychiatrist can provide personalized guidance.

The technique you talked about seems to center on anxiety and depression, which can be further aggravated by traumatic past experiences or problems in a relationship. Delving into the issues with the help of a psychiatrist is the best way to cope with mental health issues.

can i take propranolol before parachuiting
Male | 24
I would think twice before using propranolol before parachuting. The reason for my concern is that propranolol can slow down heart rate as well as blood pressure levels. Quick blood flow is necessary for sufficient oxygen transportation in the body since parachuting involves falling from a high altitude. Taking propranolol might lead to feeling faint or light-headed. This could be highly unsafe while engaging in such an activity. Therefore, refraining from using this drug before going skydiving would be best.
