Thank you for sharing how you’re feeling. It sounds like you’ve been under a lot of emotional and mental strain lately, which is affecting different areas of your life, including work and memory. It’s important to know that these challenges can often be linked to underlying stress, anxiety, or even lifestyle factors like sleep, diet, and workload. Consider taking some time to reflect on your daily routine and how manageable it feels. Are you getting enough rest? Are you giving yourself moments to pause and recharge? It may also help to talk to a psychologist or counselor who can guide you in understanding these emotions and their root causes. Therapy can offer practical ways to manage stress and regain balance, improving not just your focus but also your overall sense of well-being. You don’t have to navigate this alone—help is available, and reaching out is a great first step.

I was wondering if I might have something such as DID, as I have been experiencing some symptoms. 1: I have auditory hallucinatons from time to time, like people talking, or whispering my name. 2: I cannot remeber most of my childhood at all. 3: I also talk to myself a lot, like I am a different person. 4: I have visual hallucinations sometimes, like shadows in the corner of my eye 5: Also have trouble focusing sometimes 6: very impulsive sometimes 7: I also daydream alot, and usually for 30 minutes + I and my sister was verbally abused from 2016 to 2022. It stopped in 2022 because I pointed it out. My ‘alters’ aren’t so complicated they are just different aspects of myself really. Most of the time to the extreme though. Like one is me but angry, sad, etc. Once I had a bit of a dissociative fugue, when I kind of just fazed out on the bus and I came to, on the bus but at a different point in the road, and I had no memory of what had happened.

Male | 18

Based on the symptoms, your problem may be Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Consulting with an experienced psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, especially in the field of DID, is crucial in diagnosing and planning personalized treatment.

I’m a 23 year old that was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago. I have a hard time focusing and reading and have the urge to move around a lot when I try to concentrate on something.

Male | 23

It appears you're having difficulty with concentration and staying put, which are often signs of ADHD. This is because your mind functions in a slightly different way. Many people with ADHD struggle to pay attention or manage their impulses. Some things can be done such as taking medication, going for therapy as well as learning new skills that will help you handle these symptoms better.

Hi I'm taking esomeprazole, lisinopril, lipitor, citalopram and ropinerole. I want to know if I can take anti sweat tablets

Female | 59

It is possible that sweating contributes to the discomfort, and any medications may interact with each other. The adverted drug might also negatively affect the efficiency of other medications that you are taking. It is vital to communicate with a doctor. They will give advice or suggest something else if necessary to manage your situation.

Hello i had a panic attack yesterday and my hands and feet were going numb also my mouth so i went to the ER they did 2 syringes in my stomach of Aqua then they did one behind of diazepam i am a regular smoker and i wanted to smoke could i? If i cant should i buy a no nicotine pack?

Female | 16

The numbness of hands, feet, and mouth is the result of decreased blood flow in panic attacks. The effect of smoking on the body can make people suffer from panic attacks. Given the fact that you were prescribed diazepam at the ER, smoking might hurt it. Stay away from smoking as it is better for you. If you are in bad shape and have to, you can try a no-nicotine pack.

Taking alopathyic for bp. Can take ayurvedic medicines for insomnia

Male | 64

High blood pressure is okay if you take allopathic medicines. But mixing different medicines without advice can be risky. Stress, bad sleep habits, or health issues can cause insomnia. Warm milk or herbal teas may help insomnia. Tell your doctor about any new treatments to stay safe and healthy.

My doctor changed olanzapine to abilify which I take for bipolar disorder. It is only the second day of the change over and I feel quite anxious. Is this due to withdrawal symptoms from the less olanzapine I'm taking or a side effect of abilify? Will it go away?

Male | 47

Transition periods can be a reason for feeling anxious. Fluctuation in drugs may cause short-lived panic attacks, this may be a result of reducing olanzapine and also starting abilify. Usually, these are transient and will disappear as your body adjusts to the new situation. Be sure to observe your symptoms and let your body get accustomed to the new medication. Even though it is normal, if you continue or become more anxious, talk to your healthcare professional. They can provide you with more support and may change your treatment plan if necessary. You are not the only one in this struggle and a good communication line with your physician is very important.
