Post contrast images show conglomerate nodular enhancement of these lesions (post contrast 58 HU). Lesions collectively measures approx. 32x18x17 mm. There is surrounding hypodense perilesional edema. No mass effect is seen on right lateral ventricle. No calcific or haemorrhagic densities are observed. Findings are likely suggestive of an underlying neoplastic etiology. Suggest: Contrast MRI brain with spectroscopy evaluation for characterisation. Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal in attenuation. Gray-white matter differentiation

Hy. More than one month ago during shower I have washed my anus and ( probabile also my colon). I have removed the shower head and i have put the nozzle into my ass...like 3 or 4 times. Like 10 minutes later started a flash stabbing pain in my left big toe. Next days better little bit after i have niumbness, flashing sometimes prickling and tingling in my legs and arms. In this moment I have burning in my all upper body. ( in my back and arms burn , hot.) I don't have fever! So probabile I have neuropathy ( polyneuropathy) symptoms. My question is the anal douching it could have been caused this symptoms ? Or it's caused by something else?? I am 28 years old. I don't have other sickness. Sorry for my english.

Epilepsy.....the post effects (this is 15hrs later) have never been this bad my ears are ringing loud nauseous weak tired....im usually sore the next day never have hurt this bad or had ringing in the ears afterwards....on 8 500mg keppra 2 200mg lamictal and 1 50mg vimpat....have had them since i was 18 no clue why meds dont help have had them every cpl weeks sometimes i can go a cpl months
