Starting stage of khuni piles treatment
Surgical Gastroenterologist
Answered on 23rd July '24
Bleeding piles, called hemorrhoids, have treatment options in early stages. Bright red blood shows up in stool or toilet water. Itching and discomfort around the anus happens. Bowel movements cause pain. Drink lots of water to avoid constipation. Eat fiber-rich fruits and veggies. Try over-the-counter ointments for relief. But if symptoms continue, see a gastroenterologist.

How long after a perianal abscess drainage can a patient undergo VAAFT for a high transsphincteric fistula? And how high is the risk of incontinence?
Female | 31
Having VAAFT for a high trans sphincteric fistula after perianal abscess drainage is usually safe around 4 to 6 weeks later. The body needs time to recover. VAAFT is a procedure that has a low risk of incontinence, which is estimated to be around 5 to 10%. Make sure to discuss all the risks and benefits with your gastroenterologist before having the procedure.

Loose motion problem and accidety
Male | 32
Loose motion (diarrhea) can be caused by virus infections, food poisoning, or bad hygiene. Symptoms consist of frequent and loose stools. Acidity occurs when the stomach's acid goes up the food pipe which brings along heartburn. To manage, drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration and eat rice, bananas, and toast, which are bland foods. Avoid spicy and oily foods that can trigger acidity before having a meal. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice from a gastroenterologist.

I have a stomach pain and discomfort in chest when eating spice food.
Male | 22
The symptoms that you are facing may relate to acid reflux. In such cases, the stomach contents flow back into the food pipe, which consequently leads to pain and the discomfort of the chest when eating spicy food. Burning in the chest and stomach ache are among the common symptoms. Start with smaller portions, don't eat spicy foods, and stay up for some time after eating. If symptoms persist, you should consult a gastroenterologist.

When saftypin stay my stomch since 2 years what happened
Male | 22
You have something in your stomach called a "safety pin stay," which isn't normal. This can cause pain, discomfort, or a strange feeling in your belly. You might have accidentally swallowed a safety pin or something similar. It's important to see a gastroenterologist, who will likely suggest an X-ray and possibly a procedure to safely remove the object, preventing any further issues.

I have fatty liver from last an year now, my food digestion process is very low initially there wasn't so many problems but now it's getting worse I have found lots of blood in my stool, and my menstrual cycle is also so much effected. Like irregular periods last year I've even cured it because my periods wasn't stopping.. for like 20 days.. then i took some medicines as prescribed by the doctor but still I got so many problems every month but I didn't take it seriously also last month I got period crams which was unbearable nd heavy bleeding. I fall ill so easily it seems like my immune system isn't interested to cure me from those pathogens.. and now I have cough from past 15 days now. I took medicines tried eating sizzling food but still my cough isn't going away i don't know what's going on with me..
Female | 17
Fatty liver affects digestion and menstrual cycles; it might also lower immunity thus causing recurrent infections. However, blood should never appear in stool nor should periods be irregular, without raising concerns you require immediate medical attention. Additionally, a cough that has lasted for 15 days could signify either an infection or inflammation in the respiratory system. These matters need to be handled urgently so as not to complicate things further. I would advise you to seek medical help from a gastroenterologist.

I am 21 years old . There is swelling in my anus and sometimes it bleeds. There is some meat also there.
Male | 21
You might be dealing with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are swelling of blood vessels that can result in symptoms such as discomfort, bleeding, and a lump of flesh in the anus. Symptoms are sore, itching, and bleeding during stool. The causes for this include straining while doing bowel movements, sitting for long periods, and a diet that lacks fiber. The remedies are consuming more fiber, keeping hydrated, and applying creams that are available without a prescription.

Is the itching in anal part is the symptoms of piles
Female | 15
Anal itching may indicate piles. Piles are swollen veins in the rectum. Pain, blood, and anal lumps suggest piles too. Causes involve straining during bowel movements. Constipation or prolonged sitting contributes. Fiber-rich diet, water intake, avoiding straining help. But if symptoms persist, see a gastroenterologist.

I am 25 year old female I have a abdominal pain what's the reason
Female | 25
There are many explanations for why you could be feeling this way. It may be some food you ate like spicy food or too much. Another possible explanation is for gas or bloating. The other one is if your period starts and you're on it, menstrual cramps. Drinking lots of water, eating smaller meals, and taking over-the-counter medications such as ibuprofen can help relieve the pain. If the pain continues or worsens, visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

Female | 19
You have some sharp pain and the feeling of being sick as well as nausea in your stomach. Multiple reasons can lead to these symptoms. One of them could be food poisoning which is quite common. If you eat something that does not please your stomach, or have a stomach ache, it can show these symptoms. However, drink water and eat light-clear foods like crackers or carrot juice. If the symptoms become constant, visit a gastroenterologist.

Today i ate small piece of finger nail with food does it cause any problem or it will dissolve.. I'm confused what to do please help
Female | 24
Don’t freak out if you accidentally swallow a little piece of fingernail. It’s not a big deal for your body – it can handle stuff like that. If it’s tiny, it’ll probably go through without causing any problems. Drink lots of water though – this will help it move along easily. And if you start hurting anywhere or feeling sick or notice anything strange then definitely talk to a gastroenterologist.

Hi im divine, a 16 yrs old girl, recently I've been having pain at the lower left side of my stomach and it's hurts a lot. The pain comes and goes. What illness are they symptoms of?
Female | 16
Your tummy hurt on the bottom-left side could mean you have diverticulitis. Little pouches in your colon swell up. Pain, bloaty feeling, and hot temps come along. A diet full of fiber, lots of water, and some meds can make it better. But go see a gastroenterologist first to find out for sure and get the right care.

I have constant gas every night in my belly for the last 3 years and recently my gas has been stuck beside my belly button.
Female | 36
Your belly feels gassy, right around the navel. That bloated sensation stings. Gas frequently results from meals being improperly digested. Rapid eating, chewing gum, carbonated beverages - these worsen it. Slow down while eating, avoid gas-causing foods, and hydrate well. If issues persist, consulting a gastroenterologist provides expert guidance.

Female | 28
The symptoms you're describing, like acidity, poor digestion, low appetite, and feeling down, can be tough to handle. These could be due to stress, an unbalanced diet, or a stomach issue. Taking medicine for depression won’t help much if your stomach isn’t working properly. It's better to eat small, gentle meals like bananas, oatmeal, or yogurt and avoid spicy, oily foods. Drink plenty of water and try managing stress with deep breathing or light exercises. If things don’t improve, see a gastroenterologist for further advice.
