Struggling to conceive can be challenging, and the process may take time. Issues like irregular cycles, timing, health problems, and stress can affect fertility. Both partners need to maintain good health, eat a balanced diet, and avoid smoking. If you're concerned after trying for a while, consulting an infertility specialist is a good idea.

PV discharge since 3 months.
Female | 21
Generally, a 3-month discharge from the private area is not normal. Are there any colors or smells in this discharge? The most common ones are infections or hormonal fluctuations. Infections require medication, while hormonal changes can be treated with lifestyle measures. A gynecologist should be consulted for detailed diagnosis and treatment to know the exact cause and recover as soon as possible.

Every month 11th I get my menstrual period, this month 10th had unprotected sex, but I didn't get menstrual period on 11th , I took emergency Contraceptive pill on 12th afternoon, today is 16th but I didn't get menstrual period, is there any chances of pregnancy ? I don't want to get pregnant.
Female | 20
Commonly, a contraceptive called plan B can lead to some irregularity with your monthly cycle. A delayed period can be your pill or stress because you are scared of getting pregnant. You might face side effects such as bloating and breast tenderness. To be sure if you are pregnant, perform a pregnancy test 7 days after your missed period.

I'm asking on behalf of my girlfriend. We had sex 3 weeks ago. (2 weeks to her period), she had not seen her period for over a week from the last time it was due. She has gone for pregnancy check (blood test) and also used the urine kit to test and both came out negative. What could possibly be the problem?
Female | 25
If the pregnancy tests were negative and the monthly period for your girlfriend does not come, some possibilities exist. A period can be missed due to nervous tension, hormonal imbalance, weight change, or particular sicknesses. She should visit a gynecologist to make sure. They will see what might have caused this and advise on what to do next.

Hello, I'm 21 years old and my weight is 65 kgs with 5,3 height. And my main concern is my period flow is very less from past 5-6 months . I don't have any other health issues or major symptoms. Also my periods are regular like I'm having periods every month on time but the flow is very less in comparative to 6 months back which was normal. In 10-12 hours my one pad is not even half covered.
Female | 21
Your period flow has become lighter over the last few months. This can be caused by various factors such as stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances. You may have to eat a well-balanced diet, keep active, and manage stress. If the problem persists, discuss it with a gynecologist.

Does desogestrol decrease natural estrogen levels in the body?
Female | 23
YES, DESOGESTREL decreases natural estrogen levels in the body. It is a type of PROGESTIN, which works by preventing ovulation. Since estrogen levels fluctuate during the menstrual cycle, desogestrel can also help regulate menstrual cycles. However, it's important to note that desogestrel does not completely eliminate estrogen in the body If you have concerns about your estrogen levels or the effects of desogestrel, it's important to talk to your healthcare provider.

Female | 26
When you have bilateral PCOD, it means you are having a condition where small sacs are produced in your ovaries each sac contains an egg that can cause hormone imbalances. Symptoms such as irregular periods, acne, and weight gain can be observed. The reasons can be either due to genetics or lifestyle. The medically treated form most frequently includes drugs to help bring the hormone balance to its normal level as well as to improve the symptoms. It is important to get the advice of a gynecologist to manage the situation.

Female | 25
You may have noted some abnormal bleeding after taking the unwanted kit. Often, these medications can cause the menstrual cycle to become irregular and even lead to changes in the bleeding pattern. The dark lines on the pregnancy test could indicate hormonal alterations as well. Since you've already experienced some bleeding, it's good to monitor your symptoms and visit a gynecologist for proper evaluation and guidance. Always taking a pregnancy test one more time might be beneficial to monitor any developments.

I m 33 yrs old, mother of a 3 year toddler. I got my last period on 6th February. We did unprotected sex on 23,24,26,28th February. Is there any chance of pregnancy
Female | 33
there should be a possibility that you can be pregnant if you did not use a protective method during your fertile period, which is around 14 days after the first day of your last period. Thus, she may have a chance to become pregnant. You should consult a gynecologist and take a pregnancy test as the next step of the process.

Nipple discharge may also imply breast cancer or non-cancerous conditions. You are required to visit a doctor if the discharge from your nipple is bloody, or spontaneous. This should be done by a breast specialist or gynecologist who can give the proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

I am 27 year old female and I’ve not had my period for 5 days I’m not pregnant and not had unprotected sex
Female | 27
It's normal to feel anxious when you are late for your period, but don't panic because there are a variety of rational reasons behind this. Overworking, weight loss, hormone contradictions, and thyroid gland issues could all influence the menstruation cycle. Check if you prepare meals in a balanced way, get enough sleep, and avoid a lot of stress. If the problem persists, have a conversation with a gynecologist.

norethindrone acetate 5 mg is safe to take to delay periods, what should be the dosage
Female | 43
Taking a pill with 5 milligrams of norethindrone acetate 3 times a day is a good way to delay your period. You’re supposed to start 3 days before the expected date of your menstruation. For most people it is safe but they might have to put up with some side effects such as headaches or feeling sick in their stomach. If this medication raises any worries or one has serious symptoms then a gynecologist should be consulted immediately.

so let me give you some context first, she has PCOD. and get's irregular periods, but since 1-2 months she was having normal periods due to some medecines, which her doctor prescribed. But at that time, even before we "did that", her periods were late for 5-6 days already. What happened is I went to my gf's place on 7th June. and we thought of just doing kisses and cuddles. But later on we crossed our limits and i got more aggressive towards her, which she liked. So she was giving me a handjob, and told me that there's some precum on her hand. But it dried really fast due to the fan and cooler. And later on I was rubbing my dick on her vagina without any clothes, and spreaded her outer area and she was getting hurt by it. I didn't went deep inside. and stopped there and after a bit she wore clothes and went to the washroom to clean herself down there and peed too. I didn't ejaculate inside her, and I'm not sure but i guess there wasn't precum either inside her. But not sure. And it's been many days since then, and she still hasn't gotten her periods yet. Her doctor doesn't know about the thing we did, and he just said that it's normal, and she'll get periods after her medecine. Today is her last dose of medicine left. We are worried that she might get pregnant? Ofcourse we don't want that to happen. Can you please help us out and tell us something? We're still not so old and responsible in both mentally and financial ways to take care of a baby
Female | 20
If you’re worried about a possible pregnancy, don’t be. The chances of it happening from what you’ve said are very slim. If there was no ejaculation or confirmed pre-cum inside her, then there is almost no risk at all. Stress can also delay periods. Tell her to relax as much as possible. If her period still doesn’t come, take a home pregnancy test to be sure.

I feel pains on my bladder as if my period 8s going to arrive now but nothing
Female | 27
You have pain in your bladder; it is like the pain you feel when your period is coming, but there is no period. The reason for this could be interstitial cystitis, which causes bladder pain. It could also be a urinary tract infection, that might lead to similar symptoms. To ease the pain, you are suggested to drink a lot of water, stay away from caffeine and alcohol, and also put a hot pad on your lower belly. If the pain doesn't go away, it is important to seek a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I am 24 year female mujhe white discharge ka problem hai koi solution plz
Female | 24
Change in vaginal discharge may be due to a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. However, the signs and symptoms of the latter may include itching, burning, and a bad odor. Be sure you put on panties that are made of cotton, avoid using perfumed products, and wash the vaginal area often with water and soap. You can use prescriptions such as antifungal cream or antibiotic tablets at a pharmacy. If the symptoms persist, visit a gynecologist.

Im 33 year old lady had my period the 4-6 august on Friday the 16 august had a brown with little blood discharge then i took a pregnancy test and it was positive on Saturday started spot bleeding on Sunday with cramps then its start with pinch pain on the right side of my stomach
Female | 33
The brown discharge and a positive pregnancy test can mean that you are pregnant in the early stages. The spot bleeding and cramps could be due to either implantation or normal hormonal fluctuations. Additionally, it may be a cyst or muscle strain that you feel a pinch of pain on the right side. It's best to keep well hydrated, take enough rest, and watch the development of your symptoms. If the pain becomes unbearable or does not subside, consult a gynecologist for a proper diagnosis.
