Symptoms like heightened worry, restlessness, and difficulty sleeping can arise from trauma. This anxiety can be linked to the body’s natural response to stress. Engaging in calming activities, such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, or light physical activity, may help soothe your mind. Additionally, consider reaching out for support from friends or professionals who can guide you through this process. While distractions from your daughters are beneficial, talking to a therapist specializing in trauma can provide further relief. Remember, seeking professional help is a positive step toward healing.

I am 24 years girl appeared for MBA final. Recently I had some sort of panic attack. My pulse rate went up to around 150 and was feeling heaviness in chest. I got relief after vomiting. This happened for conservative two days. Now I am ok but don't know if it can occur again. What could be the possible cause and remedy for it.

Panic attacks can be caused by anxiety, stress, or underlying health conditions. To manage panic attacks, try relaxation techniques, regular exercise, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. can i take propranolol before parachuiting
Male | 24
I would think twice before using propranolol before parachuting. The reason for my concern is that propranolol can slow down heart rate as well as blood pressure levels. Quick blood flow is necessary for sufficient oxygen transportation in the body since parachuting involves falling from a high altitude. Taking propranolol might lead to feeling faint or light-headed. This could be highly unsafe while engaging in such an activity. Therefore, refraining from using this drug before going skydiving would be best.

Hello i had a panic attack yesterday and my hands and feet were going numb also my mouth so i went to the ER they did 2 syringes in my stomach of Aqua then they did one behind of diazepam i am a regular smoker and i wanted to smoke could i? If i cant should i buy a no nicotine pack?
Female | 16
The numbness of hands, feet, and mouth is the result of decreased blood flow in panic attacks. The effect of smoking on the body can make people suffer from panic attacks. Given the fact that you were prescribed diazepam at the ER, smoking might hurt it. Stay away from smoking as it is better for you. If you are in bad shape and have to, you can try a no-nicotine pack.

My name is Deepali age 22 I have been listening to subliminal since last 4 - 5 days and since yesterday I am having side effects like dizziness brain fog nausea and blur vision can you please suggest what to do ????
Female | 22
It would appear that you have the feeling of an uncomfortable symptom like nausea, dizziness, blurred vision, and brain fog. Often this is the result of stress, fatigue, or even your body's reaction to the silent subaudio. The thing is consciously leaving them to have a chance to get relaxation to mind and body is a must. Try to drink water regularly, guarantee that you have enough sleep, and reflect on slow-tempo activities like walking. If your symptoms persist or worsen, I strongly recommend you consult a Psychiatrist for a thorough evaluation and guidance.

Female | 42
You're taking 4mg of diazepam, and 10mg of ramipril for panic disorder. These medicines interact. Diazepam boosts ramipril's effect, causing low blood pressure, and dizziness. They make you drowsier, dizzier, lightheaded. If experiencing these symptoms, consult your healthcare provider about adjusting medications.

My doctor changed olanzapine to abilify which I take for bipolar disorder. It is only the second day of the change over and I feel quite anxious. Is this due to withdrawal symptoms from the less olanzapine I'm taking or a side effect of abilify? Will it go away?
Male | 47
Transition periods can be a reason for feeling anxious. Fluctuation in drugs may cause short-lived panic attacks, this may be a result of reducing olanzapine and also starting abilify. Usually, these are transient and will disappear as your body adjusts to the new situation. Be sure to observe your symptoms and let your body get accustomed to the new medication. Even though it is normal, if you continue or become more anxious, talk to your healthcare professional. They can provide you with more support and may change your treatment plan if necessary. You are not the only one in this struggle and a good communication line with your physician is very important.
