To relax your Achilles tendon, follow these steps:
- Hold on to staircase railings
- Stand at the edge of the bottom step
- Adjust feet position so half of each foot is on the step. Stand in a way so you can move your heels up and down without hitting the floor.
- Slowly rise on your tiptoes and then lower your heels as far as possible.

Maybe, your mom is facing some problems with her blood circulation on the left leg. If your mom's leg puffs up and then it becomes normal, this can be a symptom of circulation problems. The pain she's feeling might be because her leg is receiving insufficient blood. She needs to consult with an orthopedist about this to know what is happening with her and get the proper treatment to her feel better.

I have had patellar tendon repair surgery 3 weeks ago . I am now experiencing a burning sensation and tenderness does this mean the tendon has retorn or is this normal
Female | 26
It is a common issue among patients after the patellar tendon repair to have to deal with a burning sensation and tenderness. This may inflammation or irritation in the specific area of the operation as it is healing. These signs are normally a part of the healing process and are not the right indication of the recurrence of the tendon. To relieve the pain, you can wrap your leg with an elastic bandage and put it on the top of the pillows. Strictly follow your post-op care instructions and attend the follow-up appointments to let your doctor track your recovery.

Loss of lumber lordosis Fatty changes in l4 l5 vertibrate
Female | 61
You have a condition where the lower part of your spine is losing its normal curve called lumbar lordosis. This can occur due to the L4 and L5 bones being too fat. Symptoms may be back pain or stiffness. To boost this, you can do exercises that strengthen your back and abdomen muscles.

hi im 17 years old and a male the inly medication im taking is antibiotic for acne. recently for the past several days ive been feeling weird cramp like sensations like something is moving in my lower right back/ to the side. it doesnt hurt really but its very distracting. its not constant and comes here and there during the day what could this be
Male | 17
You were right to contact us about those crampy pains in your lower right back and side. Kidney issues can cause sensations like that sometimes. Even little kidney stones might feel similar. You must complete the full course of antibiotics prescribed. Drinking lots of water helps too. However, if the pain worsens or won't go away, you should let an orthopedist know.

Have back pain issue. Is stem cell therapy can treat the back pain issue
Female | 78
Back pain could be due to bad posture, lifting heavy weights, or old injuries. Stem cell therapy is a treatment that makes use of the body's own cells to repair damaged tissues. It is like your body being assisted to recover. Some people have experienced the help of this therapy along with the research it is still undergoing. This is a matter that should be discussed with an orthopedist.

Mild pain in left testis and left leg
Male | 23
The pain might come from a varicocele, like a varicose vein in your testicle. It slows blood flow and causes aching. To help, wear supportive underwear and avoid standing too long. But if pain worsens or you notice swelling or changes in your testis, see a doctor. This rules out serious problems.

Sir I am suffering from shoulder disclocation coz of heavy load ... It's been one month now . Can I remove my strap now or do wear long to make it fully recovered. After watching some you tube video that's after some time it's dislocat again make me scared ???? I don't want to do surgery please advice me sir what to do
Male | 18
Shoulders can become dislocated again if they aren’t given enough time to heal completely. It would be best to continue using the brace so your shoulder receives more support. Taking it off prematurely might cause another dislocation. If you rest your shoulder adequately, then no surgery will be necessary.

The patient's bone may have healed misalignment, which forced her immobilized hand. I would recommend that you take her to an orthopedist who would evaluate her case and accordingly, administer the necessary treatment.

L4&L5 spine operation totally amount
Female | 58
You are referring to an operation on the L4 and L5 spine. These two areas are a part of your lower back. Sometimes people might need an operation there if they have severe back pain, weakness in the legs, or numbness. This is usually the cause of the herniated disc which presses on the nerves in the spine. The operation can help relieve the pressure on the nerves and thus, reduce the pain and other symptoms. It's good to discuss with a spine surgeon if this operation is the right choice for you.

How to cope up sciatica ,that have been facing 3 months?
Male | 34
Did you consult with neurologist or orthopedist? If not then please do that. They can diagnose the underlying cause of the sciatica and provide appropriate treatment. Some self-care measures such as taking over-the-counter pain relievers, gentle stretching, and hot/cold compresses may also help to get rid of the symptoms. However, these measures should only be used under the guidance of a doctor.

I am having really bad pain in my left foot my left foot is swollen and my right foot is not swollen a little bit of fluid is coming out of my left foot and it's red and I am not able to find a doctor to help me I'm almost to the point where I want to cut my own foot off I am sick and tired of having constant pain I've been having this pain for more than a year
Female | 40
Your left foot is causing problems. There's swelling, pain, and redness. Fluid build up too. An infection could be the issue. Or an injury perhaps. Maybe even gout. The inflammation symptoms are worrying. You need help quickly. Antibiotics might help if infected. Pain medication would ease discomfort. Draining fluid may be needed too.

Per main chot lag gayi hain kya kare
Male | 33
The usual thing that you should do when you get a cut or hurt is cleanse the same with soap and water. To protect from infection, you should put some antiseptic on the wound. Employ a bandage as a cover to keep it safe from germs. If it is a larger wound or the bleeding will not stop, you will probably need to consult an orthopedic specialist. To facilitate the quick healing process, hygiene has to be the top priority of the affected area.

wrist pain alternating between both wrists, lower back pain, knee pains resembling bruising above the knees and sometimes bruise like pain in the thighs and sharp hip pain all the way to the foot (like a pulled string feeling) - most are often after overuse (phone, walking, sleeping wrong). They don’t always happen at once but sometimes all together. Other discomforts involve stabbing pain inside the foot from under when walking for too long, finger joint pains usually worse the second day after overuse and shoulder and elbow pains after sleeping slightly wrong or overuse. Occasional Tingling/numbness in fingers (I can’t feel my fingers for a few seconds sometimes) and most often stiffness in finger joints occur in the mornings. Occasionally, affected areas exhibit slight redness and warmth. Recently I’ve found that stretching the pained areas helps a lot. General tiredness persists. These symptoms have persisted for nearly a year, fluctuating in severity. There haven't been any major accidents. Tests * anti ds dna is negative * HLA-B27 is negative * Ana is positive — * RF factor negative. * Knee X-Ray shows some cartilage thinning * MRI done: report says Signal loss due to degeneration was observed in the L4-5 disc * vitamin d3 at 28
Female | 24
Your body experiences a variety of aches in areas like your wrists, lower back, knees, thighs, hips, feet, fingers, shoulders, and elbows. You may also feel tingling sensations and stiffness. ANA results suggest possible autoimmune issues and low vitamin D levels contribute to bone and muscle pain. An MRI has shown spine degeneration, likely causing some of your symptoms. It's essential to consult a orthopedist to address these concerns.

Male | 21
You may have plantar fasciitis. It occurs when foot bottom tissue gets strained, and inflamed. Comfy shoes help. Do stretches. Apply ice. See a physical orthopedic specialist if the pain won't go away. They'll make a treatment plan for you. Keep caring for yourself.
