You are dealing with high cholesterol, liver enzymes, elevated eosinophils, and hemoglobin. Abdominal and back pain can be related to various conditions, and it's important to address them promptly. Please consult a gastroenterologist for your abdominal pain and liver concerns, and a hematologist for your blood results. They will provide a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment plan.

I have been having severe pains on my right lower abdomen pain after using the toilet and urine
Female | 38
Severe discomfort in the lower right abdomen, especially after toilet use, may suggest several possibilities, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, or gastrointestinal issues. It's important to stay hydrated and monitor for any additional symptoms like fever or changes in urination. While over-the-counter pain relief can help, seeking professional medical advice is essential for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. A gastroenterologist can offer tailored care based on your specific situation, ensuring you receive the best support.

Female | 19
The symptoms you’ve mentioned might be due to Enterobacter aerogenes. This type of bacteria can infect different organs of the body. The treatment is mostly carried out by doctors through the use of antibiotics which help eliminate the infection. Ensure that you take your medication as instructed by your gastroenterologist and all will be fine.

Male | 28
One should get medical help as soon as possible. Your symptoms indicate the possible complication of your case due to hemorrhoids, for example blood clot. As for me, I would advise turning to a gastroenterologist or proctologist immediately in order to receive the right diagnosis and treatment.

पुरुष | 48
Typhoid and malaria can present similar symptoms, such as fever and chills, but they are caused by different pathogens. A CBC and Widal test can help indicate typhoid, while a blood smear is essential for malaria diagnosis. Since you've had recurrent fever after starting antibiotics, it's crucial to consult your doctor for further evaluation. They may suggest additional tests or a different treatment plan. Please don't hesitate to seek immediate medical attention for persistent symptoms. Proper guidance from a gastroenterologist is important for recovery.

According to my last doctor is it chronic pancreatitis. It hurts when i lay on my right during active pain, the pain is bad and it feels better in the fetal position. Sometimes i suffer from lose motions and other times i’m constipated. My reports show swollen pancreas every time. I had sludge in my gallbladder almost 1.5 years ago and my latest report don’t show it anymore. And now I have a splenic hemangioma but a general surgeon says it isn’t necessary to remove it. Any suggestions? I’m taking creon and ursofalk. Whenever the pain is active I take diclofenac or Neprox.
Female | 24
The way you recognize it causes you great pain related to chronic pancreatitis, which can be a pain in the abdomen, digestive problems, and alteration in bowel movements. The said pancreas swelling and past gallbladder sludge can be contributing factors to these symptoms. It's reassuring to me to hear that the hemangioma is still under observation and that it does not imply the need for surgery at this moment. For proper digestion, it is essential to stick to your medications as prescribed, such as Creon and Ursofalk. If your pain gets worse or changes, you are kindly recommended to go to your gastroenterologist.

I am a 21 year old. I am experiencing mild stomach cramping and need like pain. And sharp pain on my lower abdomen especially while urinating
Female | 21
It appears that a UTI might be the problem you’re having. UTIs sometimes lead to cramps in the stomach along with pain in the back or a sudden sharp pain in the lower abdomen when you urinate. These occur because bacteria have entered your urethra. You should drink plenty of water and take antibiotics. To avoid getting more UTIs, make sure to urinate after sex and keep good hygiene.

I am having difficulty swallowing and pain in my throat. Has been going on for months. It has been getting worse
Female | 39
Difficulty in swallowing coupled with throat discomfort can stem from various causes, including inflammation, allergies, or infections. Over time, these issues can intensify. It’s crucial to stay hydrated and consider soft foods while minimizing irritants like spicy or acidic items. However, given that this has persisted for months, I strongly recommend reaching out to a gastroenterologist. They can perform necessary evaluations to determine the underlying factors and suggest appropriate treatment.

Constipation problem 20-25 day
Male | 22
The very common symptoms include: bothering during defecation, being hard as a rock, and being extremely painful. The reasons could be from not getting enough fiber, dehydration, or being a couch potato. If you want to get out of this problem, the best plan is to consume more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains and drink enough water. Regular training for constant mobility can relieve the digestion of indigestible food. If the prescribed remedies do not start showing their effects within a week or two and do not cause severe pain, it is now your turn to take the initiative and consult a gastroenterologist for the medical assessment and assistance that you need.

i have thrombased piles 4 th stage.can i cure without surgery
Female | 28
Thrombosed piles, especially at an advanced stage, can cause significant discomfort, including pain, swelling, and bleeding. While lifestyle changes such as a high-fiber diet, increased fluid intake, and regular exercise may alleviate mild symptoms, they might not fully resolve advanced cases. Over-the-counter treatments can offer temporary relief, but it’s essential to approach this condition under a doctor’s guidance. A gastroenterologist can assess your situation thoroughly and discuss the most effective options, which may include non-surgical interventions.

I have been suffering from digestive issues and stomach disorders for about a month. I feel like it takes long for my stomach to digest food. I feel hungry but I can't eat because of this issue. If I do, I'll get acid reflux and other symptoms.
Male | 20
Gastritis makes the stomach lining inflamed. Slow digestion, lack of appetite, and acid reflux occur. Stress, spicy foods, and medications cause it. Eat small meals frequently. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Stay hydrated. Manage stress through breathing or meditation. See a gastroenterologist if symptoms don't improve.

I have a sudden pains near the belly button and right lower corner of the abdomen which is sharp and it comes suddenly in the evening .
Female | 18
Your symptoms suggest appendicitis - an inflamed appendix. Pain starts sharply near the navel, then shifts to the lower right abdomen. Fever, nausea, vomiting often occur too. Act quickly! Appendicitis needs urgent hospital treatment, maybe surgery. Delaying risks major complications. Head to the ER without delay if these signs match your condition.

Female | 21
Hemorrhoids could be the reason for the bleeding from the rectum, pain while passing stool, and feeling lumps. You may also have back pain after going to the bathroom, which could be the cause. Hemorrhoids are the bulging blood vessels around the anus. You can decrease the pain by drinking water and eating fiber-rich foods, and creams that can be bought without a doctor's prescription. If the symptoms continue, it is better to visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
