Why is my fever persistent with black stool?
I am 27 year old Male. For the last one week, I have been experiencing fever. Before I had taken spicy food that resulted into stomach aching and I took an herbal medicine known as Kayam Churna and the situation was normal. Experiencing a fever at night never stopped. Until yesterday when I started having black stool like bitumen or tar. I have gone thrice to the washroom and the colour is the same as of now.

Fever, a stomach ache, and black stool could be internal bleeding. The spicy food and herbal medicine may have provoked your stomach. Black stools can be a result of internal bleeding. been under investigation for upper left sided stomach and chest pain for about 2 years now. The pain usually comes during strenuous activity causing me to stop what I’m doing. I had a hiatus hernia which recently got repaired by surgery to stop the acid reflux but doctors did not think that this would stop the pain I was getting which it hasn’t! I’ve had CT scans which have supposedly been normal, an ultra sound which shown an enlarged spleen and an hematoma on the spleen. (Doctors don’t seem concerned by this) Bloods are also fairly normal as been told nothing stands out. Not sure what causes this pain as it’s interfering with every day life

I’ve been having light brown poo along with a type 6 on the Bristol stool chart for more than a week. My stool is also floating. Lastly for around the same time when I need to go to the toilet it’s a matter of urgency when it’s never been like that in my whole life. Hello! I am facing this problem from years I am 16 years old and i had jaundice 2 times in my life , and one more it was , something similar to jaundice i feel that , but it was not jaundice according to reports , after that i was cured through doctor's suggested medicines , But now from past one year , i am feeling nauseous when i woke up from sleep and my stomach is fully empty ,When i eat something, I sometimes vomit and sometimes feeling too much nauseous, it used to happen to me in my childhood but only in the morning , i used to not take breakfast because of that , but now it happens whenever time i woke up I also feel lazy throughout the day , and Also can't eat much , I also got severe pain in my liver or maybe near stomach , (i am not sure) after the vomit ....

Me and my daughter always listen each other's heart sound using stethoscope but today I noticed that her heartbeat sound wasn't normal and it sounded like some extra sounds are coming and her right side lower bowel sound of stomach wasn't normal as well as I was putting stethoscope on her stomach she was feeling pain.
