Why do I have lower back and abdominal pain?
I am 31 years old.i have lower back pain and lower right side abdominal pain.i poop 3-4 times a day.and I have sharp pain in right side breast nipples and armpit itching.these symptoms are not happening together.but sometimes some pain and other time different pain

I am 19 and I had surgery 8 days ago and had to go on oxy. i’ve stopped taking it about 4 days ago. For the past 8 days i haven’t been able to poop. I have to go very bad but every time i do it’s too painful to pass and i have to suck it back up. i took 4 stool softeners yesterday and 1 the day before. I am 19 years old … I see blood in my stool … started 2020 I took enterogermina 2020,then December 2021 took tinizol and doxycycline 2021 and I was given Clarthrime and Bonso pile tablet January 2024 but a doctor changed it and told me to take ciprotab instead but today I happened to see blood again I am constipated , I take milk a lot , and I always have bad cramps so I take ibuprofen every month but not more than 2 a month

I got COVID and it was bad never seemed to go away.then I got started throwing up and being nauseated all the time not being able to keep food down only liquid sleep juices and drinks my doctor sent me to have an upper GI they said I had an infection of the lining of my stomach gave me an antibiotic to take for 14 days and I am still cannot keep food down what should I do cuz all I'm on right now is medicine for acid reflux and nausea and I still feel the exact same as I did before I ever went so should I what should I do

I have anal fissure when i visited doctor they said it is anal fissure and they gave medicine it got well in 3 days no pain and no symptoms there after...then after that pain suddenly starts again but this its different like paining from spinal to anus and legs are feeling weak i dont know its continuation of that anal fissure so decided to go another time to doctor and he said it not healed so only paining nu but it was paining from abdomen to low is it will be like or any other reasons? Hello, i did some blood work yesterday, all other parameters came normal but some are out of range my ALT is 85,AST 62 BUN 4.9, i have anxiety issue since long, and some mild gas, should i worry about this?
