I went to govt hospital twice but they didn't listen full and suggest medicine along with injections and that worsened it.
Male | 27
You may be suffering from what is called alternating constipation and diarrhea. It stems from different factors like diet, stress, or some deeper hormonal condition. The signs of this illness are sometimes the lack of bowel movements, which is bloating in addition to stomach aches and diarrhea. To ward off this problem, you need to consume roughage in the diet, and stay hydrated by taking at least eight glassfuls of water a day, as well as working towards eliminating stress. If the situation does not improve, you should talk to a gastroenterologist who will make the diagnosis.

Your body pain, fatigue, constipation, swelling in the area of private, morning vomiting, and swallowed food are some of the reasons that may make your body feel stressed. These symptoms may guide you to a digestive problem or an infection. To begin, you should increase your water intake, take in small meals, and avoid spicy and oily food. It's essential to get the right treatment and a proper diagnosis from a gastroenterologist.

Ate some bread which I believe had mold because shortly thereafter starting feeling as if I was seeing through a lens rather than first person and had a sudden hypertensive crisis with bp of 203/155. Other symptoms included feeling as if something was moving through my arteries from my leg then onto my carotid
Male | 42
Mold on bread could have caused a bad reaction. Some toxins mold produces may make you feel dizzy, impacting blood pressure. These toxins constrict arteries, risking hypertensive crisis. See a gateroenterologist quickly if symptoms don't improve.

Drinking alcohol frequently can lead to digestive issues and chest pain. These symptoms may be due to gastritis or acid reflux caused by alcohol irritating your stomach and esophagus. If the issue persists, please seek medical advice.

i’m 16yo I’ve had the flu for 5 days now and my dr prescribed me with ibuprofen for my fever and headache but it caused me to develop an ulcer i got sudden stomach cramps like the type where you need to poo so i went to the bathroom my poo was red i did some research and i think it might be GI bleeding i’ve been to the bathroom 5 times since and every time there’s been blood every time i’m worried but my mom won’t take me to the hospital, she says we can go tomorrow
Female | 16
Red poop can be a symptom of bleeding in the digestive tract, which may be caused by the ulcer and ibuprofen. Stomach cramps and frequent visits to the bathroom are also the reasons for this. This requires immediate medical assistance for the diagnosis and treatment. It would be better if you refused to wait until tomorrow.

You are going through the swelling problem of your hands and feet after taking medication for blood level maintenance. This might be a consequence of some drugs. The limb swelling and the discomfort you are feeling might indicate a fluid retention issue. Your doctor should adjust your treatment plan to ensure that your blood levels are good and you do not have these side effects. Talk to your gastroenterologist about all your symptoms so that they can make the most appropriate choices for your health.

My niece's stool occult blood test is positive and sigmoid colon is thickening at acute stage
Female | 7 month
Blood hidden in poop is occult blood. A swollen part of the sigmoid colon needs treatment fast. Look out for stomach pains, changes in how you poo, or losing weight. Infections, inflammation, or growths may be the problem. Doctors must do more tests to find the reason. Then you'll get medicine or surgery.

I have a question. My boyfriend took 15 multivitamin pills, he is 33 years old, 159cm, around 60-65 kgs. I think he took around 120 mg of iron which those pills had. It happened earlier today, He was nauses, had diarrhea that looked black and oily and sticky, his stomach hurt he went to the toilet like 5 times. He went to sleep assuring me he will be fine but im worried, could it be internal bleeding? He doesnt normally use vitamins, not sure but i dont think he has iron deficiency. it happened today. He takes adderrall, he didnt eat today, and he had about half a bottle of red wine. First he took 8 pills, then 4, then 3 all in the span of a few hours, i think his last was like 12 hours ago?
Male | 33
It appears that your boyfriend may have an upset stomach after consuming a large number of multivitamin tablets that contain iron. Black, icky, tar-like poop and abdominal tenderness are indicative of possibly internal bleeding. The situation could have been aggravated considering he ingested Adderall, skipped meals, and drank alcohol. He must seek immediate medical attention.

Sir I have constipation and sound comes from my intestine and I have regular neck pain and gastric issue
Male | 34
Feeling stopped up where poop won't come out easily is called constipation. That gurgling noise is likely gas traveling in your intestines. Neck pain and stomach troubles sometimes happen due to stress or eating unhealthy foods. Drinking lots of water, eating fresh produce, and moving around can help you poop better. To ease neck pain, try relaxing. Cutting greasy, spicy foods may relieve stomach issues.

Female | 20
Discomfort and constriction in the rectum after recovery from an anal fissure can occur. This may result from muscle spasms or scarring. Try soaking in warm water, eating fiber-rich foods, and staying hydrated. Gentle exercises like walking can also help. Discuss with a gastroenterologist for more information if the pain persists.

I haven't been able to freshen up properly for a few days...and I have stomach pain on my left side.
Male | 33
Gas buildup or constipation could create this unpleasant feeling. Not expelling waste regularly causes issues too. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Fiber-rich foods aid waste removal from the body. Mild exercise like walking helps food move along smoothly. However, if pains persist despite self-care measures, it's wise to consult a gastroenterologist promptly.

You might be suffering from gastritis, which refers to the inflammation of your stomach lining. Symptoms such as stomach pain when touched and chest pain when lying down are also possible. It is a peculiar allergy that may erupt when consuming alcohol or eating a hearty meal. To fight with it, stick with bland foods, avoid alcohol, and take antacids. In case the pain does not go away, you will have to consult a gastroenterologist once again.

Initially I was facing gas issues with my stomach for quite a few years now especially during the evening time. From almost last 2 years, started to have issues with my chest bloating after eating or drinking and just below the chest in the middle lots of irritation after eating as it feels heavy. Especially at night after dinner even after an hour or more i cannot lie down as the food seems to come up my throat and i start to feel the pain near my esophagus, what should I do? I also have had medicines i.e. Nexium and Lesuride but it only gives relief for some time and then same issue. Please suggest.
Female | 37
You may be experiencing symptoms related to acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). These conditions can cause discomfort like chest bloating, irritation in the chest area after eating, and difficulty lying down due to regurgitation of food. It's important to consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation and appropriate management. They can recommend lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and possibly other medications or treatments tailored to your specific condition. Regular follow-ups with your specialist will help in managing and improving your symptoms effectively.
