Why Do I Experience Itching After Sex?
I am a young woman and I have found that for about 4 days after I have sex I have an itch within my private area that disrupts my sleep and day to day life. What can I do?

You might have a yeast infection. This can happen to women after having sex because of changes in the pH balance of the vagina. Itching and discomfort are common symptoms. Over-the-counter antifungal creams can be used to help relieve the itch or you could ask your pharmacist for advice on this.
