Hemorrhoids cause veins near your anus to swell. This makes sitting painful. It can also cause bleeding when you use the bathroom. Try simple things first. Eat foods with lots of fiber, like fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water too. Creams from the pharmacy may offer relief. But we'll look at other treatments if problems continue.

I am suffering from IBS and losing my hair plz stop my hair fall I think it's nutrition observation problem
Male | 26
IBS and hair loss frustrate you. Hair loss with IBS could mean poor nutrient absorption. IBS brings stomach pain, bloating, and bowel habit shifts. Focus on diet rich in vitamins and minerals for hair growth: iron, zinc, and biotin. See a healthcare provider about supplements for nutrients.

Female | 19
You seem to be having these pains to the point that you have been putting up with a lot. Pain in the lower and upper abdomen, as well as chest pain and vomiting after eating, can be signs of a problem with your digestive system. You could be facing problems like gastritis or acid reflux. A gastroenterologist must be consulted to obtain precise diagnoses and suitable medicines.

Hello Dr, I got gall bladder removed operation last year in October 2023but from few days I am feeling lih Ght pain in abdomen and stomach too hard, I am very upset please reply why.
Female | 39
You may be dealing with post-cholecystectomy syndrome. After the gallbladder removal, some people may still experience these ongoing symptoms which are abdominal pain and a hard stomach. This can occur due to reasons such as bile reflux or sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. To help soothe the difficult symptoms, eat small frequent meals, exclude fatty foods, and drink enough water. Moreover, it would be advisable to discuss your symptoms with a gastroenterologist.

I've been having constipation problems for about a year or a little more now. I don't have any serious signs of IBD nor chron's disease. I constantly have to wait about 2 days to empty my bowel. I don't quite understand what causes this problem, but I also have a habit of sucking my stomach in a lot, so maybe could that be it?
Female | 18
When you pull your tummy in a lot, it can be tough for your guts to work well. This might result in constipation. Relax your belly muscles and try to drink more water, and eat lots of high-fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables. Also, doing regular physical activity can help.

I got diagnosed with the flu last night and today I’ve been having nausea and diarrhea. Is this normal or should I go back to the doctor?
Female | 19
The flu virus can impact digestion, causing nausea and loose stools. Along with fever and coughing fits. To recover, rest up, stay hydrated, keep foods light. But if symptoms worsen alarmingly, reach out to your doctor promptly. They'll advise next steps for feeling better soon.

Female | 39
Pain starting in the middle of the chest and then extending to the person's back is a possible symptom of either acid reflux or heartburn. When there is an increase in swelling and at the same time intense pain, the possibility of inflammation in the digestive system cannot be ruled out. Eating smaller meals, avoiding spicy dishes, and sitting up after meals are some non-pharmacological measures largely recommended for acid reflux. Consult a Gastroenterologist for personal therapy when no result is seen after medication use.

The last few months I noticed some blood when I pooped. For a while, every time I pooped there would be blood when I wiped and sometimes the bowel would have some blood in it also. Today, there was blood in my diarrhea.
Female | 21
Bright red blood in your stool or on the toilet paper are signs of many things such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and sometimes more serious conditions like colitis or even colorectal cancer. You need to see a gastroenterologist about this so they can find out what is causing it and give you the right treatment.

Indigestion happens when your stomach has trouble digesting food. You might feel bloated, gassy, or constipated. Overeating or certain foods can cause this. Try eating smaller meals, avoiding spicy foods, and drinking more water. These steps can help digestion and ease discomfort.

My nme is kunti my age from 42 yesars tow day start from vomting
Female | 42
If you suddenly feel nauseous, there are several reasons for this. It could be that what you ate doesn’t sit well with your stomach, you have a stomach bug or it’s due to stress. Take small sips of water often not to become dehydrated and try eating plain things such as crackers or toast. See a gastroenterologist immediately if vomiting continues.

I am 21 years old I am having mild abdominal pain , mild testicular pain , foul smell pee , burning while urinating
Male | 21
You probably have a normal bacterial infection known as a urinary tract infection (UTI). It occurs when bacteria get inside the urethra and the bladder and infect them. Typical symptoms include lower belly pain, pain in your private area, smelly pee, and burning while you pee. You have to drink a lot of water and go to a gastroenterologist for the cure with antibiotics.

I warn against alcohol or acetaminophen (Tylenol) co-ingestion due to the possibility of liver injury. It is advised to allow yourself at least 24-hour interval after drinking before taking acetaminophen. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, you need to contact a gastroenterologist.

I am a 30 years old female. It been some few weeks I'm experiencing a crying stomach from time to time even if I have eaten food
Female | 30
There are several possible causes for this, including eating too much or too quickly, or certain foods not reacting well with your stomach. Do you find that it gets worse with particular foods? Try having smaller meals at a slower pace and see if there’s anything that consistently triggers your stomach ache. If the problem persists, it would be wise to consult a gastroenterologist.

Lower left side abdomen pain and upper back pain n mild head turn and constipation pain
Female | 25
Your symptoms – pain near your tummy button, back discomfort, mild head ache, and feeling blocked up – could stem from gas buildup or constipation. Gulping water frequently, munching fiber-filled fare, and taking gentle strolls may be relieved. However, if troubles persist, consulting a gastroenterologist becomes important.

I have messy stoola in once or twice a day mostly in morning since last one or 2 months. There us no pain or cramps but bloating nd gas problem I have. Whats the reason for it...I am 22 yrs old female...
Female | 22
The irritable bowel syndrome, or bloating gas, can stem from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which is a common ailment of the digestive tract. You are by the way at the same age as other people who suffer from this condition. Stress, diet, and allergies to specific foods may all cause IBS. Take the food diary exercise, so you can track what's triggering it. Besides, ensure you take fluids and fiber-rich foods as well. In cases where the problems persist, visiting a gastroenterologist can provide more insight and possible treatment options.

Hitoday i bought nww pressure cooker i cooked rice in it without washing it after 3 whistle it smell like burnt wire but after this i consumed that rice and now feel little bit pain in my chest n abdomen will it cause sime serious issue like cancer please hlp me
Female | 27
It appears that you have probably inhaled a little poison while making food in the new pressure cooker. It might give the chest and stomach the feeling as though they have some annoying reasons. The pain can also come from the existence of irritation. However, it is unlikely that long-term health risks can be linked to just one exposure. Be sure to cook in a well-ventilated area next, and if you experience pain or find that it worsens, seek medical advice.

I am 33 year old male 6 feet tall guy experiencing watery loose motion from past 3 days no stomach pain no fever only loose motion
Male | 33
This can happen from a stomach bug or something you ate that your body didn't agree with. It's good that your stomach doesn't hurt and you don't have a fever. Be sure to drink lots of liquid so you don't get dried out. Eat plain things like rice, bananas, and toast. If it keeps up for more than a few days or gets worse, then go see a gastroenterologist.
