Why I am feeling suddenly dizziness
Female | 24
Dizziness can make you feel like things are spinning or you're off balance. It can happen if you stand up too quickly, are dehydrated, or get up after lying down. Sometimes, it's due to low blood sugar. Other reasons could be problems in the inner ear or even stress. To help, sit or lie down, drink water, and eat if your blood sugar is low. If it persists, talk to a healthcare provider so they can figure out the cause.

Now it's mctd with myasthenia gravis had been diagnosed. Mi 2 a and 2b also positive. RNP/sm positive. RP155 POSITIVE. iam on prednisone and pyridostigmine now. Is this ok or any other medicine should be taken. CPK is 2272
Female | 55
You’re managing a complex situation with mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) and myasthenia gravis. Your test results show positive markers, which means your immune system is attacking your healthy tissues. The combination of prednisone and pyridostigmine is helping control your symptoms. Since your CPK levels are high, it might be due to muscle damage. Your doctor may consider adjusting your medications or adding new ones to address inflammation and muscle weakness. It’s important to stay in close contact with your neurologist for regular check-ups and to discuss any new symptoms or issues.
