From what you are saying, you might have problems with your ribs. This can result from a fall, a strong impact, or even too much coughing. Symptoms include pain in the area when you breathe or move, tenderness, and maybe swelling too. One way of helping is by, of course, rest. Stay away from the activities that you do, which cause more pain. Ice may affect swelling too. Also, pain meds provide some relief. See an orthopedist if the pain continues.

I am 34 years old,myself and my partner was kn a car crash last year march. We have physio (thunk it was 8 or 10 sessions) I had stiffness in my neck but after the physio it was fine. Last month my left arm from my shoulder to my elbow really hurts,I struggle to lift my left arm up and sometimes I have to use my right arm to move my left arm as its really painful.

I have slight tendonitis in entire arm. I had an angiogram 10 days ago. After forearm and swelling subsided in a day or two, my tendinitis ramped up in pain. It's very uncomfortable. Especially in the bicep... is is from traveling
