Why am I dizzy and unable to digest food?
I have been feeling dizzy for the last 3 days and I am not able to digest whatever I am eating, also the blood test report is attached , so please suggest me

From the blood test results, it appears that there are inadequate levels of iron in your system. This can cause vertigo and trouble digesting food. I suggest you add such foods as spinach, lentils, or red meat which are rich in iron to your diet. Also if the physician orders it, you may consider taking an iron supplement that may help alleviate these symptoms.
