Difficulty swallowing after stress: Causes and solutions
I have difficulty in eating and drinking cuz whenever i eat, after a few bites I have difficulty in swallowing food like I feel tightness in chest and shortness of breath like I take deep breaths while eating and I fear while swallowing food as if it might block my trachea or I would choke. Last year, I gave my exams and during my exams I took too much stress and didnt eat anything (eating very little whole day or even just bites of food due to exam stress). After that, I encountered somehow same issue as I developed nausea which interfered with swallowing so I feared swallowing. This time, when I gave my exams, I am encountering the situation I told you. What can be this thing and what measures should I take?

You might have Globus pharyngeus, a condition stress or anxiety triggers. It makes swallowing hard, tightens chests, causes shortness of breath, and scares you while eating. Eat slowly in calm places, and breathe deeply. Relax through deep breathing exercises or meditation helps. Drinking lots of water with meals aids swallowing. Consult a gastroenterologist if issues continue.

I ' m 21 years old & I get a medicine ( Aciclovir dispersible tablet ) approx 1 week ...& I think due to this there are problem is arise . The problem is ....there was pain in stomach & weakness is also arise ....

You've got an upset stomach from that Aciclovir dispersible tablet you took. Tummy aches and weakness can happen with that medicine. It might be irritating your belly. Try eating before taking it to avoid this issue. Drinking lots of water can also help soothe things. But, if the problem persists, definitely let your doctor know about it.

I have recently noticed that my bowel movements have shown a flat side. No bleeding. I have had these hemorrhoids for at least 6 months. Some days they're almost nonexistent. Some days they pop out of the anus and feel annoying, but they hardly ever hurt in any way. It is hard to tell, but there are some days where the stool looks completely normal. No flat side that I can see. I had a colonoscopy (at 39 yrs old) 2+ years ago. A polyp was removed and 3 hemorrhoids were banded. I am very healthy. I am 2 years sober, high protein diet, strength training, active job, don't smoke, and do everything with health in mind. I take sertraline for anxiety and a few supplements. I am scheduled to see my Dr in a month. My anxiety always makes me think it's the worst! Google searches tell me that hemorrhoids won't likely change the stool shape. I am in need of answers please!

The infection fixed but my intestines are now destroyed. The rectum encounters occasional pain (stabbing like) after using the toilet and the stool is covered in mucus. The stool color is dark red/ brown. No diarrhea. Heart pain that radiates to the left arm, probably under reactive inflammatory context. No tachycardia. Do I have to start 250mg vancomycin hydrochloride PO each 6 hours for 7 days? All the doctors in my city are saying that this antibiotic is only for diarrhea people. What should I do? I'm also nauseous. Took fluconazole 3 weeks then itraconazole 3 weeks in winter, no help, just probably made the situation worse. Today WBC 11.9. Anti-streptolysin, sedimentation rate & reactive C protein are normal. Abdominal tomography displayed inflamed lymph nodes around aorta (reactive inflammatory context). What would you do if you were me? Not currently taking any medication/ having any known condition.
