Female | 24
Your daughter may be experiencing social anxiety. This can show up as trembling, feeling awkward, or avoiding communication, especially with men. Social anxiety is common and can be influenced by both genetic and environmental factors.
To support her, try to be by her side, offering gentle encouragement to engage in social settings when she feels ready. Breathing exercises may help her relax, and you might consider working with a counselor or psychiatrist.

Male | 36
Anxiety typically manifests with heaviness in the chest, shoulder, and left arm pain. You might feel worse when you're all by yourself at home and have time to ponder. It's good to know that you had the tests done just last year. To cope with this, you might try out some deep breathing exercises, talk to a friend, or listen to calming music. In case you are suffering from a mental health condition that has developed over the years, you might also find the need to support a psychiatrist.

I first tried marijuana around 4 months ago, ever since then I feel like I've been dreaming and I'm waiting to wake up, how do I get rid of this?
Male | 14
It's not uncommon to experience feelings of detachment or altered perception following marijuana use. These sensations can arise from temporary changes in brain chemistry or sensory perception. To alleviate these symptoms, consider engaging in regular physical activity, practicing mindfulness techniques such as meditation, and maintaining a balanced diet. Staying hydrated and getting sufficient sleep is also beneficial. If these feelings persist or significantly disrupt your daily life, I encourage you to seek support from a psychiatrist who can provide personalized guidance and assess your situation more thoroughly.

Female | 34
Communication struggles can lead to misunderstandings and stress in relationships. It's essential to work towards harmony through professional guidance. I recommend looking for a family therapist who is fluent in Malayalam to ensure your wife feels comfortable expressing her thoughts. This can provide a safe space for both of you to explore feelings and build understanding. You might consider checking local directories or health services for qualified counselors who meet your language needs. Professional support can be a valuable step toward strengthening your bond.

It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by your symptoms, which may include anxiety, brain fog, and vision changes. These can arise from various factors, including stress, dietary issues, or underlying health conditions. It’s important to consider lifestyle adjustments, such as proper hydration, nutritious meals, and regular physical activity, which can enhance your overall well-being. Practicing mindfulness or relaxation techniques might help ease stress. However, since your symptoms have persisted, I strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional. They can conduct a thorough evaluation and provide personalized guidance to help you on your path to recovery.

Male | 24
Based on what you’ve said, your weight loss, sadness, tenseness, and nervousness could be symptoms of chronic stress. When we experience stress for a long time, it affects our minds and our body. You should try to take it easy and find some ways to cope with stress — for example, deep breathing exercises, confiding in a friend, or doing something fun. If things don’t get better, think about talking to a psychiatrist or counselor.

Feeling too sleepy but still not getting sleep
Female | 27
This happens when you're anxious or stressed. Irregular habits play a role too. Caffeine and screen time before bed don't help either. Try a calming routine - read, take a warm bath. Avoid caffeine, screens close to bedtime. Keep a consistent sleep schedule. If it persists, talk to a therapist or counsellor.

Depression "Hello, I’ve been experiencing symptoms of depression, including persistent sadness, low energy, and difficulty concentrating. I’d appreciate your guidance on potential treatments or next steps."
Male | 44
Depression has several origins, whether they be biological, psychological, social, or a combination of them all. You need to remember that help is there and you are not alone. Options for treatment often include therapy, medication, or a combination of both, which are prescribed based on your condition. Taking part in regular physical exercise, having a healthy diet, and having a sufficient amount of sleep are also benefits. I urge you to contact a psychiatrist who would be able to give you individual support and come up with a treatment plan that is good for you in its entirety.
