Is bleeding with PCOS and BV common after long gap?

I have PCOS and I’m on the pill but I currently have bacterial vaginosis, is it normal to bleed just now? I had a few small clots and brown period now. haven’t had a period since 571 days ago.

Bleeding may sometimes occur as a result of infection-causing bacterial vaginosis. It’s not something that happens very often, but it is possible. The small clots and brown period you’re seeing could be due to that. Since you were not getting periods for a long time, the bleeding now could be a bit different. Make sure to chat with your gynecologist to confirm everything's okay and to get the right treatment.

I'm 31 years old female. This year , I delivered my baby on 28 August via c section , after 3 days staying at nicu my baby died. Now i want to know , how early i can try to conceive for baby again? Please help me.

Female | 31

In general, it is best to have a break of 18 to 24 months after the c-section and neonatal loss before conceiving again. Your body has time to heal both physically and emotionally. You must give yourself space to get better first before thinking about another pregnancy.

I got thyroid during pregnancy doctor advised to take 50 mcg.my current tsh is 1.44 should I continue 50 mcg.or should I reduce it to 25 mcg

Female | 34

CONTINUE taking 50 mcg of thyroid medication during pregnancy as TSH levels may fluctuate during pregnancy!! Lowering medication may harm the baby. Consult with your DOCTOR before making any changes.

Hello, I want to know about my periods not coming. So last month Jan 2024, I engaged in unprotected intercourse roughly a week before my actual period dates then took an iPill. After few days yes my normal periods did come which was 28th January. Now February 2024 is gone and I haven't got my periods for this month

Female | 23

Missing your period may seem concerning, but it happens sometimes. The iPill can affect menstrual cycles. Reasons include stress, hormones, or being pregnant. Look for tiredness and nausea - they could signal pregnancy. Taking a test gives clarity.

I had my previous period on 10 th may then I had unprotected sex on 27th may and take one unwanted 72 on that day after 1 hour. Then further I had unprotected sex on 12 th June and take one unwanted 72 on that day after 1 hour. My period is not coming yet. Is there any chance of pregnancy?

Female | 23

Using Unwanted 72 after unprotected sex can help prevent pregnancy, but it's not 100% effective. The pills may cause a delay in your period by altering your cycle. Stress about pregnancy can also affect your period. Don't worry, give your body some time to settle. Taking a pregnancy test will give you a clear answer.

I’ve had my period for 15 days. Yesterday was the 14th day and it was brown and about to end but today it became bright red again. I’m concerned.

Female | 15

You should consult a gynecologist. Cause not only the color but also if it is the first time that you experienced period for a longer time, they it may be a matter of concern. Talk to your gynecologist, they will diagnose and treat you

Im 31 weeks pregnant got my growth scan report where it represents my baby hc is less 27.5 cm im really worried about it .is this a major complication wat should I do next

Female | 24

Genetics might be one reason, or perhaps there are some constraints on growth. Sometimes this isn’t significant but follow-up with a healthcare professional is necessary for more assessment and observation. They will direct you accordingly so that the health and growth of your little one are right on track.
