A red colored and long mass type thing is coming out from belly button. thick yellow discharge also came out sometimes from belly button. I have no pain, no swelling, no discomfort, nothing

Female | 24

It looks as though you burgeon an umbilical granuloma which is a small piece of tissue that protrudes from your belly button. The yellow discharge may be an indication of the infection. In some instances, it could come on without any pain or swelling. To do this, you have to keep the area clean and dry. It is also possible that you will need antibiotics when the infection gets worse.

I am 22 years old and I am facing with eczema on my finger it's kind of a dry itchy and small swellings on that finger and that spreading on other fingers of my hand too I have tried many creams but it helps temporarily and again the condition continues.. what should I do?

Female | 22

When ignored, eczema can cause dry, itchy skin with small bumps that may spread to other fingers. This condition is usually not contagious but uncomfortable. Eczema may be brought about by allergens or irritants present in the environment or stressors at home or the workplace. To manage this kind of problem, always keep the skin moisturized all the time; avoid anything that triggered the outbreak such as harsh detergent soaps among others–instead use mild ones which are readily available over-the-counter (OTC) drugs like hydrocortisone creams can also work effectively if prescribed by doctors specializing in treating diseases related with epidermis.

I am facing severe hairfall...So I had my test for vitamin levels. Vitamin b12 is 178 pg/ml and vitamin D total is 20 ng/ml. Is this the cause of my hairfall and how can I improve these vitamin levels?

Male | 24

Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency lead to hair loss. It is advised that you see a dermatologist and an endocrinologist for a thorough examination and treatment.

how are doing my name is nene an from Rwanda i want to ask about skincare because my face looks like 30 years old but I am 20 years?

Female | 20

There are many reasons why your skin may appear older than you’d like. Some of the most common include excessive sun exposure, smoking, and dehydration. Additionally, stress and genetics can also contribute to this issue. To improve the condition of your skin, it is advisable to apply sunscreen every day, drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet, and quit smoking. Using mild cleansers along with moisturizers can help maintain a healthy complexion.

Hi, my mom wore sandals and it cut a little part of the top of her foot skin. It’s like a round circle and you can see the red skin. She has been using different foot medicine like antiseptic spray, rolled gauze bands, vaseline. She has took ibuprofen for pain. What can she do so it heals faster and relief pain?

Female | 60

Your mom likely developed a foot wound from friction with her sandal. Inflamed red skin indicates irritation. Antiseptic spray application was smart for preventing infections. Rolled gauze bandages shield the wound area. Vaseline keeps skin moisturized, promoting healing. Taking ibuprofen reduces discomfort and swelling. For quicker recovery, keeping the wound clean and dry while avoiding pressure on that foot is crucial.
