Why Do I Have Severe Thigh and Lower Back Pain for Over 2 Years?
i have severe pain in posterior back thigh for more than 2 year.it leads to my lower back. i can barely walk because of it.i have taken alot of medications but it just gave me a temporary relief and i haven't got any improvement.

It is possible that sciatica, which involves a nerve in your lower back getting irritated, is the cause of this. This can give you a hard time in your thigh. Stretching exercises and physical therapy may be a good idea. Likewise, you can use heat for pain relief, plus rub the area gently. If you find that your discomfort continues, please contact an orthopedist.

I am 39 years old female. I have always been very active growing up, doing softball, martial arts, basketball etc. I blew my right ACL in my knee in 2009 and got it fixed. However, in the last 6 months I've noticed that I have been hurting A LOT in my joints, lower back, and left hip. Like, if I am up on my feet more than like 30 to 40 min and sit down my lower back and left hip hurt pretty bad and it is a deep pain like in the bones and joints. Would this be arthritis related, inflammation from arthritis from my years of being active....? I have also noticed that I get small random bruising here and there from time to time and not recall why. If I sit for like 30 min and go to stand up, I have to stand up slow bc my lower back hurts so bad it takes me a few min to be able to straighten my back out as well.

Hi doctor, i am 29 years old 55 kg . I met a accident 5 months ago and i fractured my l2- l4 transverse process. And comminuted fracture of l5 . And my arm bone fracture. I lose my head orientation for 2 months because of head injury and i stay on bedrest at that time. Then i feel no pain when my brain was oriented for 3 months. Then i had my arm x-ray and it was bone non union. Doctor advised me for bone graft surgery that i adapted. I have grinding in my right shoulder (dominant arm) along with accompanying pain at some times. Last year I was playing basketball and after a few weeks of playing some games I developed a pain in said shoulder. I let the pain fade on its own and discovered the grinding (like a bone on bone contact) in my shoulder. I would like to know if it could be serious and if at this point I could do anything about it. I am an athlete and have had tendinitis in my Achilles tendon (ankle) if that helps anything.
