You may be having acid reflux. Stomach acid goes up your food pipe bringing irritation and pain. Thus, the muscle between the stomach and the food pipe weakens, which may cause this to happen. Do not eat large meals, avoid eating any spicy foods, and do not stay upright for a long time. If the pain is still present, visit a gastroenterologist.

I'm 23 years old male and I'm suffering from stomach issue.. Whenever i eat something i start suffering from bloating and diarrhea. It has not cured yet. What should i do I took rifadox 550 bt its of no use either.
Male | 23
You might be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). This condition leads to bloating and diarrhea after meals. Foods that are fatty, contain dairy products or gluten may set it off. Try to stay away from these kinds of foods. When you are stressed out it can also make the situation worse so take it easy on yourself and do some light exercises like walking. Drinking lots of water will help with loose stool relief too. I would recommend going to see a gastroenterologist who can provide further evaluation & treatment options.

Male | 60
It sounds like you are experiencing gastrointestinal distress, which can occasionally occur after taking medications. Symptoms like diarrhea, headaches, nausea, and weakness might indicate a mild reaction or an infection. Staying hydrated is crucial, so drink plenty of fluids. Resting will help your body recover, but if your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult gastroenterologist. He can provide a thorough evaluation to ensure there are no underlying issues.

Incomplete bowel movement. The stool is either runny, balls or very sticky. Constant stomach pain especially when just woke up from a sleep/nap. It's been happening for over a year now. Sometimes can't evacuate at all even if I want. Green tea or hot drinks sometimes help and sometimes makes it worst
Other | 18
Inconsistent stool consistency, along with pain, can be linked to various factors, such as diet, hydration, stress, or gastrointestinal issues. It's great to hear that certain warm beverages offer some relief, but if symptoms persist, it’s essential to identify the underlying cause. Maintaining a balanced diet rich in fiber, staying hydrated, and managing stress can be helpful. However, given that this has been ongoing for over a year, I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation and tailored guidance.

I am 38 year old I had mri scan in July 2023 where I discovered small cyst size 11 X 10 mm in my pancreas which I rechecked this year the size slightly increased to 12 x 14 mm is there something to worry please reply.
Female | Anju
A considerable amount of anxiety over the pancreas cyst is something that is natural in this case. Small cysts are mostly non-cancerous and may just need to be monitored. Symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea, or weight loss may signal a need for further investigation, but these are not always present. The minor increase in size you indicated can occur, but it’s important to talk to your gastroenterologist about these changes.

I am 19 years old female, I know that i have a sensitive gut but 15-20 days back, I was traveling and eating a lot of junk yet processed food and at restaurants. I ate out for almost 4 days. Later on I ate large amounts of noodles of maida. Like really too much. And after a week or so till today I have been facing issue clearing stomach, also my poop is not very long, its sometimes short and it's not too thin. Sometimes it's in bits and pieces. Sometimes it's circular or curved. Sometimes I comes out at one go in pieces. I googled and I got a lot scared. What should I do? I am not that rich too. Google says to go for colonoscopy and all. I am really scared. I sometimes get this weird side stitch too.
Female | 19
The reason why your stomach is upset is the different foods you eat. These changes in your poop may be due to your diet. Eating a large amount of noodles can be heavy on the stomach and be difficult to digest. This may be why you also feel a side-stitch. Sticking to healthy, simple foods like fruits and vegetables is an excellent way to assist your stomach. Besides, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Allow your tummy some time to settle down. If your symptoms persist, it would be a good idea to consult with a gastroenterologist. But for now, concentrate on gentle, nutritious foods and enough water to make your gut feel better.

The patient is 62 years old male. He has diabetes since 15 years and has CKD stage 4 since 1.5 years. His creatinine is 3.2 mg/dl. He is weak and unable to walk, so he remains in bed. He has frequent complaints of stomach ache, gas, cramps and sometimes loose motion too. He takes Rabeprazole or aciloc when required. Can you help with this problem?
Male | 62
Your diabetes and CKD are likely causing your stomach ache, gas, cramps, and loose motions. These digestive issues can occur if your blood sugar levels and kidney disease are not well controlled. It's important to properly manage your diabetes and CKD to prevent worsening stomach problems. Eating smaller, frequent meals, drinking enough water, and adding fiber-rich foods can help. Be sure to talk to your gastroenterologist for a proper evaluation and management of these symptoms.

I am a 17 year old female and i have been experiencing a ticker in the back of my throat for the last few days that is making me have “coughing attacks” and make me feel nauseous. I started getting pains in my chest today aswell and i was wondering what this was
Female | 17
You may have acid reflux. This is when the stomach contents come back up into your throat and cause a burning sensation as well as coughing. It may also make you feel sick to your stomach or give you chest pains. You should avoid eating large meals, such as spicy or fatty foods. Moreover, you shouldn’t lie down immediately after eating. Drinking lots of water helps too. If none of these work, visit a gastroenterologist.

Having watery stools from yesterday..no pain...not much of a weakness..only after watery stool that happened yesterday, felt weak..but not now..but watery yellow stool continuing...
Male | 32
Your watery yellow stools, a potential tummy bug or food reaction, began yesterday. Losing water and nutrients through diarrhea weakens the body. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. If it persists beyond two days or worsens, seek medical advice promptly. A gastroenterologist's assessment ensures appropriate next steps for resolving this digestive issue.

should I be having liver pain between 10 and 15 years after my gallbladder removal? it is intermittent in frequency, but when it happens, it is excruciating enough that I have to pull the car over and it has caused me to call off work. But when it does happen, it may only last for an hour, and it leaves as quickly as it came on. Is there something else going on with my liver or is this from my gallbladder removal?
Male | 38
Experiencing liver pain years after gallbladder removal isn't typical. Post-cholecystectomy syndrome might cause it, where fatty foods bring pain, bloating, or nausea. However, your severe, intermittent pain suggests another liver issue like gallstones or inflammation. Consult a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

I drink 3-4 drops of harpic 4-5 days ago after then I am feeling nausea , stomach pain , and diarrhea after eating food and now my anus is also aching very much while pooping . I don't know what to do and where to go
Female | 21
It seems you may be experiencing symptoms related to ingestion of a harmful substance, which can include nausea, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhea. These symptoms may happen due to irritation of the digestive system. The anal pain during bowel movements could be caused by straining from diarrhea. I recommend you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and avoid solid foods until your symptoms improve. However, it's crucial to seek medical attention promptly to assess your condition and receive appropriate treatment. A gastroenterologist can provide you with tailored care and support for a full recovery.
