How to Stay Awake Without Sleep for Exams

I'm 18 years old. I suffer from severe depression and self harm. I have my exams soon and I just can't sleep. I need to stay awake but even after consuming 2000mg of coffee, i feel like wanting to sleep. Should I eat more coffee?? How can I stay awake for longer periods if coffee isn't going to help.

This happens when your body ge­ts accustomed to it. Instead of more caffe­ine, try: taking short breaks, stretching your le­gs, and splashing cold water on your face. My fiance is living in India and will be moving with me after marriage. The biggest struggle these days is getting flashbacks of the good days from previous relationships and not liking many things of my Fiance.
