Why lower abdomen pain and gas after sex?
I've done sex few days ago then after physical after 2 3 days my lower abdomen paining and making gas issues after meal I feel vomit but Today after meal I can't feel this but I have pain in my lower abdomen why this things done with me???

I have been having discomfort in my right lower abdomen for 3 weeks. When it started, I woke up with abdominal pain and went to breakfast, but during it I could barely keep from throwing up. All that day I felt a little nauseous and my stomach hurt on sudden movements (also my stomach made noises). The next day the pain became more constant and intensified. I could not straighten up without pain in my lower abdomen. That day I went to the doctor with a suspicion of appendicitis. I was palpated, but was told that it was not clear exactly and told to come back the next day. The next day the pain was less, the doctor palpated me again and I had an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that I had an enlarged kidney bowl and lymph nodes. I was admitted to the hospital but did not know which department (first they wanted to put me in urology but in the end they put me in the infectious diseases department for some reason). Also, the blood tests when I first came to the hospital had elevated white blood cells. I was discharged after 2 days and have been home for 3 weeks now (I have been on a diet and drinking 1.5 litres of water a day not counting tea) but the discomfort in my right lower abdomen sometimes returns

I have difficulty in eating and drinking cuz whenever i eat, after a few bites I have difficulty in swallowing food like I feel tightness in chest and shortness of breath like I take deep breaths while eating and I fear while swallowing food as if it might block my trachea or I would choke. Last year, I gave my exams and during my exams I took too much stress and didnt eat anything (eating very little whole day or even just bites of food due to exam stress). I keep getting lower back pain and had issue with rectal bleeding and when I wipe toilet bowl is full of blood sometimes pink and some times dark red had the rectal bleeding for over a year I have had 2 colonoscopy scans and Yorkshire Clinic and Eccleshill Community Hospital stated I had piles last year but the rectal bleeding is still occurring and I had a bowel bleed about 2:30 am on the 28th July 2024 and first time I contacted my Gp about the bowel bleed was around the 5th May 2023 according to the patches website Previous GP also refused to issue me a fit not for the back pain last year and the back pain is still occurring. I had inguinal hernia January 2021 which was repaired by Bradford royal infirmary and an Umbilical hernia was repaired by a consultant at Yorkshire clinic and I have gained weight due to the back problem with not been able to get around much.
