It's an 38 year old women having adenomyosis and her gynaecologist give her tabzyme and methix tablet for one month but the condition is not cured then she done again with ultrasound and fined adenomyosis now she wants to start again the tablets methix and tabzyme kindly suggest me if she do that???

I need advice. Can anyone please help me. I am a female of age 20.My weight is 32 kg and height 5'2". tried to do medical abortion. I took 1 mifepristone by swallowing. After 24 hours- 800mcg misoprostol vaginally. And 3 hours after that 400mcg misoprostol vaginally and more 400mcg misoprostol with 3 hours interval. Took total 5 doses of misoprostol like this including the first dose of 800mcg. After that my gestational sac came out in the morning while i was sitting on toilet. But i did not bleed at all. My pregnancy tissues and placenta did not pass too as i did not bleed before or after passing the sac. The embryo was inside the fluid like white colored sac. I was 12 weeks pregnant. Its now 2 days and i did not bleed still. Should i wait for my bleeding to start? I took more misoprostol doses after my sac passed to start my bleeding but did not work. Will all the pregnancy tissues will come out naturally? Will my bleeding start naturally after some days?Will my pregnancy tissues and placenta pass if i wait? a doctor told me to use 2tab Co-Amoxiclav 625mg PO bid for 1week, 2tab metronidazole 400mg PO tid for 1week. this medicines are for infection. Also, do i have risks of having retained placenta issues such as hemorrhage? Or i don’t have the risk as i didn’t bleed at all yet? Will the placenta come out when bleeding will happen naturally after waiting ? i am confused and also very worried.

Please answer this. I’m anxious and loosing my self. Is it absolutely certain that an ultrasound scan done at 14 weeks after intercourse would detect a pregnancy? I had an encounter on October 24 that did not include vaginal penetration or ejaculation, but there was rubbing around the anal region. She got her periods on November 8, December 6, and January 3. A urine pregnancy test was done on December 30 using evening urine, and it showed a clear negative result. Out of curiosity, she had an ultrasound scan on January 28 at a clinic, and they said there was no pregnancy. However, I’m still unable to convince myself that nothing happened. Please confirm if, even in the case of a cryptic pregnancy, the ultrasound scan done on January 28 would have absolutely detected? Is there any chance of pregnancy in this case even now . Many are saying mostly, unlikely,highly but no one is giving 100 percent absolute answer. Please help.

Endometrial thickness measures 5.6 mm Right ovary measures - 52.7 * 19.6 * 42.2mm volume- 22.8 cc Left ovary measures - 45.5 * 23.2 * 44.4 mm, volume - 24.5 cc Both ovaries are slightly bulky in size and shows mild increase in stromal echoes with multiple small follicles of size 3-5mm. Both iliac fossae appear normal and there is no obvious evidence of bowel mass or bowel wall thickening present. IMPRESSION: Few echogenic particles in the urinary bladder lumen.
