Chewing tobacco can be the reason for not digesting food properly. The chemicals in it can damage the stomach lining, thus facilitating indigestion.  The solution is to stop chewing tobacco and watch if things change for the better. And if the condition persists, consult a gastroenterologist.

Eat hard dose medicines without eating food

Female | 45

Strong medicines taken without eating can cause stomach upset. You may experience the following symptoms: feel nauseous, have stomach pain, or even throw up. The reason is that the medicines can be harmful to an empty stomach. One way to solve this problem is to always eat something before taking your medicine. A small snack is enough to get you through this.

Bulimia Nervosa may be the problem you are facing. Frequently vomiting may be the reason behind this. It can result in a stomach ache, throat irritation, and even tooth decay. Your body requires food to maintain good health. A physician can treat you by giving therapy and suggesting a proper diet.
