Am I suffering from anxiety disorder and excessive sweating?

I have never known what am suffering from. symptoms, over sweating, anxiety disorders, trembling in public due to anxiety, panic I feel like doing something but I think of what people will talk about me, poor memory, sometimes I find my self feeling like swallowing saliva repeatedly, sometimes joint pain I don't even believe in my self And others I fail to identify

Greetings to the doctor who is seeing my messages. I am facing a serious bad situation of sperm leakage or semen leakage. This starts when I was giving my matriculation exams.
