Squamous cells is a thin, flat cells lining inside of the lips and oral cavity. The Cancer that grows in this cell is called squamous cell carcinomas. Squamous cell carcinoma usually develops in areas of leukoplakia (white patches of cells that do not rub off). Treatment options for squamous cell carcinoma depends on the stage of cancer, size of tumor and location of the cancer (where it is in the lip or oral cavity), also whether the patient's appearance and ability to talk and eat can stay the same, as well as their age and general health. Patients with lip and oral cavity cancer should have their treatment planned by a team of doctors who are expert in treating head and neck cancer. Hello Sir, one of my friends found blood in his stool somewhat in 2020. As it was not regular and didn't cause any discomfort, he ignored this. Just 2 months back the blood stated shown frequently and he began to experience acute pain in his pelvis. And he consulted a doctor. Now he has been diagnosed with stage three rectal cancer. Sir, I am a 30 yrs old Indian Army soldier presently treated in Pune Command Hospital and have stomach cancer. I had gone through Laprotomy operation (found GIST of High Grade in Histopath) on 30 Nov 2018 and post op PET scan revealed certain other tumours in 1 segment of liver, multiple mesentric lymph nodes in Stomach after which I would be on chemotherapy treatment IMATINIB from 3 Jan 2019 for the same. But on 28 Jan 19 there was found Ascities (No Malignancy)for which the next CECT on 4 feb shows the disease progression even after the running drugs. Plz suggest the best treatment with your valuable opinion. Suggest any hospitals in Pune/ Mumbai.

In 2020 ultrasound showed a complex ovarian cyst on one ovary measuring 3cm. The other cyst was normal. There was followup after three months with u-s and mri that showed no increase in size. No further follow ups. I read that complex cysts are at risk for malignancy, particularly for older women, and require monitoring. Wouldn’t that mean every six to twelve months? So my other questions are if EVERY complex cyst should have monitoring? And is it recommended to have oophorectomy and possibly hysterectomy assuming good health with no preexisting conditions? Thank you.

I am a patient of rectal cancer with adenocarcinoma with cignet ring cell carcinoma, and got immunotherapy in ayurvedic through oral medications also got almost cured for three months. But again rectal bleeding and severe pain started and there is wound pist radiotherapy just at bottom inside layer of anus.
