If a woman has irregular periods and her expected period on November 20th hasn’t started yet, along with an HCG test result of 167.67, it could indicate pregnancy. Early signs of pregnancy often include nausea, vomiting, and fatigue. There’s no need to worry, as this is a common experience. Visiting a gynecologist regularly is important for proper care and support throughout the pregnancy.

Iam a 35 year old female with pid I was administered with medication but symptoms are getting worse does a woman with pid likely have Hiv
Female | 35
Like HIV, PID has symptoms such as pain, fever, and discharge. Does one mean there is also the presence of the other? The answer is no. Normally, PID is caused by bacteria and it can easily be cured with antibiotics. However, if you still think you might have gotten infected after all these explanations then don’t hesitate to go for an HIV test to be sure.

I am 24 years old female post partum my full body has become tan black and I am feeling heat even in cold conditions I had vaginal delivery periostomy I have baby girl of one month age how do I get back to same shape and colour and what is reason of this heat in my body too much heat feeling when I breastfeeding her or do some chores kindly message me at +918806042023
Female | 24
A full-body tan or darkening of the skin can be due to hormonal changes or pigmentation after childbirth. The heat you feel may be caused by blood flow and energy loss from breastfeeding and caring for your baby. Stay hydrated and take plenty of rest to help cool down. Over time, your body will gradually return to its original color and shape. If the heat persists or you're concerned, contact your gynecologist.

It's been 1 month 11 days still I dint get period I done my pregnancy test twice but its showing T line light C line dark
Female | 26
If your menstrual cycle doesn't start when expected, don't freak out – there are several possible reasons why. It could be stress, hormonal imbalance, or due to weight gain. A faint test line on a home pregnancy test usually means the result is negative. If you still worried, wait for a while longer before taking another one or seeing a gynecologist for more advice.

my period is 15 days late, when I check with pregnancy kit ,Its show negative. From the date of period white discharge continued about 1 week, then Normal. But now about 2 day ,I feel pain in lower abdomen and back side.
Female | 25
A period being late while the test is negative can occur due to different reasons like stress or changes in hormones. The pain felt in the lower part of the stomach together with the back might be caused by several things such as periods. Ensure you rest well, and drink plenty of water but if the ache continues or becomes severe then visit a gynecologist.

I am having periods after every 12 days of previous period cycle. Having heavy flow and can stop the flow of blood for weeks. Drops o blood always appear during the post period week. I am being administer with Glyciphage SR 500 by my gynaecologist and Regestrone 5 mg but that doesn't seem to work well . Previously I had done several reports of hormonal function and others but every report was okay. Please explain me what is this condition and how to deal with it. Thanking you .
Female | 23
You might be experiencing dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which causes irregular and heavy periods due to hormonal imbalance. The spotting after your period could also be hormone-related. It's great you've had tests, but hormonal imbalances can be tricky to diagnose. Sometimes, medications may not work as expected. You should revisit your gynecologist to discuss this, as they might need to reassess your treatment plan or explore other ways to regulate your cycle.

A 38-year-old man had a one-night stand with a 42-year-old woman(42 years and 6 months) . A condom was used during sex, but there was no complete erection, and during ejaculation the penis with the condom was in the vagina. After ejaculating into the condom, the man continued to have sex for maybe another minute or less or maybe he removed his penis immediately after ejaculating ( not 100% sure if he removed penis immediately after ejaculation). When removing the condom, it was full of sperm and it was not noticed that it would break. But I am interested in what are the chances of an accidental pregnancy if some sperm accidentally leaked out of the condom when the man was inside the woman, since a complete erection did not occur. I didn't notice that anything would leak from the side, the sperm was in the condom when I took it off, but I wonder what the possibility of pregnancy is in this case, also taking into account the age of the man and the woman.
Male | 38
The risk of pregnancy is minimal here since a condom was utilized. However, there's still a slight chance if semen escape the condom barrier. Even without a full erection, conception remains possible. It's wise to watch for early pregnancy signs like missed menstruation, nausea, or breast sensitivity. If worried, an at-home pregnancy test can clarify things. Always use protection and consider consulting a gynecologist for personalized guidance.

I had protected intercourse on August 10, 2024, and took an emergency contraceptive within 4 hours. My period/withdrawal bleeding occurred on August 19. On September 8, I noticed a small, watery, slightly cloudy nipple discharge (only when pressed), which has continued for weeks but without pain. I got my period this month with cramps, and a pregnancy test showed a single control line (negative). The discharge is still present but minimal (like a dot).is it normal or I should be concerned??
Female | 21
Hello there! It's fantastic that you used emergency contraception after having protected sex. The watery discharge from your nipple could be the result of various reasons like hormonal changes, medication, or even stress. Since you had a negative pregnancy test and minimal discharge, it could be normal. Keep an eye on it, and if it continues or worsens, it's a good idea to chat with a gynecologist.

Missing periods may feel concerning, and many factors could contribute. Stress, hormones fluctuating, intense exercise, rapid weight shifts – these might disrupt the cycle. Certain conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are known to affect menstruation too. It helps to note any symptoms and consult a gynecologist for advice. I have period cramps and nipple sore for last two weeks. So I am expecting about my period but still not happen .But still I have the pain without happening periods .I think It took a long time with cramps and nipple sore without happening period. Is it a normal situation or is it a problem?Should I have treatments?
Female | 20
It is not unusual to feel the symptoms associated with menstruation without the actual bleeding. The situation might arise due to hormonal factors, stress, or other reasons. But, if the pain is unbearable or it persists for a long time, you must seek medical attention. These might be the reasons for hormonal imbalances or reproduction-related issues. A gynecologist is the one who can identify the cause and offer the right treatment.

Later i had intercourse on 7 may at night later on 8 may i took one tab of unwanted 72 but till today i.e 16 may i have not received period. I took pregnancy test but the results were negative... Is it all okay... Or no... I am confused
Female | 20
Sometimes they are late with the period for no reason. One of the reasons for the delay in periods is the Unwanted 72 pill. Also, Stress, weight changes, and hormonal imbalance can delay periods. Since your pregnancy test is not positive, allow more time to pass. Also, if you're concerned, you can go to the gynecologist who can provide you with a piece of advice.

Heyoo mam I got my periods when I have done fingering and after some hour it stopped why...
Female | 16
When finger manipulation triggers your period to begin and then end almost immediately, it may be the effect of the blood circulation being prompted by the finger. This is usually nothing to be worried about. Remember to monitor your periods, and if there are any unusual symptoms, you should consult a gynecologist.

Does d and c cause blocked fallopian tube and salpingitis
Female | 28
D and C remove tissue from the uterus. Does it block fallopian tubes, causing salpingitis? No direct link exists between D and C, and these issues. Blocked tubes stem from infections or scarring - other reasons. Salpingitis (fallopian tube infection) also arises due to varied factors, not solely D and C. However, if experiencing pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, or fever, seek medical attention promptly. A gynecologist can identify symptom causes and provide suitable treatment.

My sister is pregnant ..she is 38 weeks and her cerebroPlacental ratio is 1 is that normal
Female | 23
The cerebroPlacental ratio of 1 at 38 weeks gestation is within normal parameters. This measurement evaluates the rate of blood flow to the baby's brain. A low ratio could potentially indicate complications such as fetal growth restriction. However, in your sister's specific situation, the results are reassuring. It's advisable for her to maintain consistent prenatal care appointments with her gynecologist to ensure continued monitoring for a healthy pregnancy outcome.

I’m having lower abdominal cramp not much and I noticed frequency in urination also I consumed a lot of what
Female | 28
When you've to pee more frequently, it could be a urinary tract infection. Germs enter your bladder or urethra, causing this. You'll feel like peeing often and have mild cramps below your belly. Drink plenty of water, don't hold your pee, try cranberry juice. If it persists, see a gynecologist. These simple steps may relieve your discomfort. But, if symptoms worsen, medical attention is advised.

I am 19 years old female i have had protected sex recently on 26th may my periods are late due date was 16 may. Day before yesterday means on 29th may i got a little bleeding so i thought i got my periods but i am not bleeding normally there is brown blood in the discharge what should i do to make it flow normally suggest something
Female | 19
This may occur due to stress, hormonal changes, or an infection. When blood is brown, it’s usually old blood. To help regulate your period try to chill out, eat well, and drink plenty of water. If it persists or gets worse though then I would recommend speaking with a gynecologist.

I'm 19 female who using olanzapine and mirtazapine since 27, my period should've come in 28. I'm not pregnant, I might have hypoprolactinemia, my results gonna come in Monday. My period is delayed by 19 days right know. 2 year ago my period was off cycle without any reasons (maybe weather change, it was in May) and I used birth control pills and my cycle was turned to normal. Is there a chance that mirtazapine cause my period delay or is it because of seasonal change agaşn? (I do not have any health problems, cycst etc.)
Female | 19
Mirtazapine may disturb your cycle and cause your periods to be late. Seasonal changes can also be a factor. Stress and some drugs are also responsible for your period being unchanged. After you get the test results on Monday, you will be able to understand better. Meanwhile, try to calm down, drink enough water, and get enough sleep.
