I'm 52 years old and have stopped periods since December 2019. Three years ago, I had left breast pain. I consulted a clinic and everything turned out well after mammograms and other procedures. Now after three years I'm still getting the pain and some discomfort in the left breast. I spoke with my usual doctor, but she advised me to visit a breast clinic. She believes it is hormonal but just wants to ensure. Is it possible that this type of breast pain is caused by cancer? I am pretty anxious now and searching on google made me more restless. Is it common in women or something terrible?
Post menopause (after periods) in females may cause many hormonal imbalances which cause pain in breasts, pain in stomach and some discomfort. But a regular check up of breast, PAP smears and ultrasonography investigations at regular intervals is mandatory to check and catch any disorder or disease in early stage. Only after a thorough investigation we can rule out and cancers. For more information you can visit nearest oncologist.

Food pipe Cancer is safaring lase 1 month's
Female | 63
If someone is experiencing issues with their food pipe, it could indicate a serious problem. Symptoms like difficulty swallowing, pain, and unexplained weight loss may be signs of esophageal (food pipe) cancer, especially if these symptoms are new or unusual. This condition occurs when cells in the food pipe grow abnormally. It’s essential to see an oncologist for an evaluation. They can perform tests to identify the issue and recommend the best course of treatment.

Hello, what are the early symptoms of Pancreatic cancer that a person can detect?
In many cases there are often no signs and symptoms, until the pancreatic cancer has reached an advanced stage. Even when there may be some early signs and symptoms, they are often vague, so patients tend to ignore them or doctors sometimes attribute them to some other disease.
Some of the early symptoms of pancreatic cancer that need to be taken seriously include:
- Jaundice (with or without itching)
- Dark urine or light-colored stool
- General symptoms such as back pain, Fatigue or weakness
- Pancreatitis
- New-onset diabetes in an adult
- Unexplained weight loss
- Loss of appetite
- Malnutrition
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Abdominal pain, others.

Female | 52
Osteoradionecrosis is a serious condition that occurs after radiation therapy, and while Ayurveda offers supportive care to improve overall health, it may not fully cure this condition without surgery. Hi, my friend has diffuse B cell lymphoma in the small intestine. Which is the best chemotherapy or surgery for the same?
The gastrointestinal tract is the most common site of extranodal involvement for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL),but there is deficit of enough study in such cases therefore the best combination of treatment is subject of discussion. Currently, a combination of surgery followed chemotherapy is considered primarily because the preoperative diagnosis is difficult and risk of complications requiring surgery is quite high during chemotherapy. As per studies surgery plus chemotherapy was associated with a lower rate of relapse than chemotherapy. But the decision should be made by the treating clinician only as he is evaluating the case. I’m female, 17years old. I found that there is a lump in my left armpit, it has been there fro about two years. It doesn’t hurt when untouched but can hurt alittle tiny bit when pressed on or squshed. What is it? Cancer?
Female | 17
I would suggest that you consult medical expert in the field of breast health or oncology for further diagnostics. There may be a swollen lymph node, an infection or benign growth in your left armpit and these all should not have malignancy. Don’t wait and visit your doctor immediately.

Female | 56
There are many government schemes and programs in India that provide financial assistance for cancer treatment like the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), also known as Ayushman Bharat. You can check if your aunt is eligible for this scheme, and if so, she can avail cashless treatment for cancer in any empaneled hospital. You can check thjere are various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and cancer foundations for financial assistance.

I have no lumps, no changes in breasts etc. But I have pain in my armpit. It isn't there all the time, but I feel it throughout the day. Has anyone else had this? Is it just hormonal or could this be a sign of tumor and breast cancer?
Pain in the arm pit can be due to many reasons, infections and breast pathologies being most common. Hormonal changes are also associated with some pain in the arm pit areas. But it is always wise to get yourself examined by a Surgical Oncologist to rule out any pathologies associated with breasts. Self examination is the key to early diagnosis and management of Breast Cancers. Undergoing a simple Mammography can rule out any queries regarding breast lumps or tumors.

invasive well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma is found is biopsy what should I want to do please guide me
Male | 38
Well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma is a skin cancer type. It may look like a rough spot, scaly growth, or sore that won't heal. Too much sun causes it. Oncologists treat it by removing with surgery, freezing it, or using radiation. Spotting it early is key, so watch your skin and see a dermatologist if you notice changes.

My uncle 67 years old had a surgery to remove colon cancer and one liver metastasis, the tumor tests are : mismatch repair proficient, her 2 +ve score 3+ , braf for v600e negative, what is next?
Male | 67
After the surgical removal of colon cancer and a liver metastasis, the next steps may involve targeted therapy, given the HER2-positive status, possibly with drugs like trastuzumab. Since the BRAF V600E mutation is negative, certain chemotherapy options may be effective. Your uncle's oncologist will tailor a treatment plan based on these findings, incorporating adjuvant chemotherapy and possibly targeted therapies. Regular follow-ups and open communication with the healthcare team will be essential for ongoing care and monitoring his response to treatment.

What is the treatment option for colon cancer in stage 2. What is the survival rate in stage 2?
As per my understanding you want to know the survival rate of stage 2 colon cancer. Colon cancer Stage II (adenocarcinoma) is a common and curable cancer. Depending on features of the cancer, 60-75% of patients are cured without evidence of cancer recurrence following treatment with surgery alone. Also the age of the patient, comorbidities, his general health condition also influences the outcome of the cancer. But still consult an oncologist - Best Oncologist In India.
