Osteoarthritis is a condition that can cause pain and stiffness in your joints. The tissues that cushion your joints wear away, leading to this problem. Sometimes it may be due to old age, an injury, or obesity. You can do low-impact exercises such as walking or swimming to relieve the pain. Alternatively, apply ice packs or use heating pads on the affected area. Furthermore, purchasing footwear with proper arch support may also alleviate discomfort.

If the pain does not go away and is not responding to pain management techniques, you should see a doctor. An orthopedic surgeon could further evaluate the problem and suggest the most effective treatment options.

I am suffering from spine tb. And my doctor advised to take medication for one year and it's going to end this month. But my back still pains and before the diagnosis it used to pain intolerablely. So what can be its reasons. Do I have to take more medication and did my situation improve or deteriorate. I just wanted the provable advice for this. Since there are no reports I feel that the suggestion or probability won't be sure.

Spine TB can lead to lasting discomfort due to spinal damage. Your ongoing pain could stem from infection or harm before treatment started. It's crucial to discuss these symptoms with your doctor for potential further evaluation or care. Additional therapy may help alleviate the issue, so don't fret - schedule a follow-up visit soon.

You have lower back pain, despite seeing a specialist for a year. Back troubles come from many causes: age, diabetes, overexerting yourself. Doctors use MRIs to find out why. Managing the discomfort involves easy workouts, good posture, medicines. But listen to your doctor first.
