There is a small sack filled with fluid on the right ovary according to the report. This could be because of hormone changes among other reasons. The sac might not show any symptoms although sometimes it results in pain or irregular periods. Most of these cysts will disappear by themselves but if they do not; one may need treatment from a gynecologist.

You have vaginal candiasis plus bacterial vaginosis. Doing following things can help you:
- Take tab Fas3 kit, which also contains all the information regarding how to take the medicine.
- Insert candid CL vaginal pessary in your vagina at night for 3 nights.
- Also take tab fluconazole 150 mg every Sunday for next 6 Sundays.
- This kit also has to be taken by your partner
Regarding UTI treatment you need to check your urine routine microscopy test:
- Go to lab, they will give you a sterile container.
- Wash your private parts with soap and water, separate your labial skin with your hand and let a very sparse amount of your initial urine drain away, then within that flow of urine itself, you collect the remaining fluid in the bottle and give for testing.
- Till the time the report comes, you can start syp cital 2 caps in one glass of water three times a day.
- Also take novefos Satchet 3 gm in one glass of water stat, no further dose of this satchet.
