I am 25 days late on my period and had period-like pain last week and spotting which has since gone away. I was meant to menstruate on 1 August at had intercourse on 21 and 20 July. I took 4 pregnancy tests. 1 Dischem, 1, which was negative, and 3 Clear Blue, one Digital one and two others, I think one early detection and another type. All were negative. But I'm still late. Do you have pills to induce period?
Female | 30
It is common for women to have a late period at some point. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormonal disorders can be the reasons for this. It's good to know that you have already had pregnancy tests. The chance of being pregnant is low if all are negative. You can try to manage stress, eat healthy, stay active, and get enough sleep. If your period still doesn't come, it's best to consult a gynecologist to know the exact cause of the problem.

Patient name Khadija Bibi and 32 weeks pregnant. Nowadays heavy pain around lower abdomen. Please suggest medication.
Female | 35
You are suffering from a sharp pain in your lower abdomen during your 32nd week of pregnancy. This pain may be associated with something called round ligament pain, which is common in pregnancy because your body is changing your baby to accommodate your growing baby. To soothe the pain, you can try taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) as it is safe during pregnancy and resting in a comfortable position. Make sure to drink a lot of water and avoid lifting heavy things. If the pain continues or worsens, it is important to contact your gynecologist for further evaluation and advice.

My period is iregular and u had been gaining weight and constipate my body use to itch alot from head to toe i dont know what to say
Female | 28
Irregular periods, weight gain, constipation and itchiness may indicate a medical condition. One should seek the help of a gynecologist in cases where periods are not on regularity and that of a gastroenterologist when one is having constipation. A dermatologist should be consulted for weight gain and an endocrinologist, on the other hand, in case of itchiness. Do not dismiss these symptoms as a failure to diagnose and treat correctly may diminish your physical health and happiness.

Want to know do you need to to have surgery to remove fibroids to become pregnant or can you get pregnant even with fibroids
Female | 34
Having fibroids does not mean that a you cannot get pregnant, as many women with fibroids are able to conceive and have successful pregnancies. But fibroids can sometimes interfere with pregnancy if they are located in certain areas of the uterus or if they are very large. Only if the fibriods are causing certain symptoms then surgery to remove the fibroids is recommended.

My wife age is 48 did we can go ivf
Female | 48
At the age of 48, the fertility of women is diminished and they face difficulties in getting pregnant. IVF is a way to solve such problems. IVF is a technology where the gametes of the male and female are combined outside the body. Even though one may be at a more advanced stage of life, it is entirely possible to have a successful outcome. Nonetheless, older women will have to deal with the diminished probability of success due to their age. Have a discussion about this with an IVF specialist.

I got periods for 5 days but this time in the 5 days I don't have flow I was just spotting and a little flow and now it's more than 5 days I am still spotting same suggest me something for that
Female | 20
You might have some variations this month with your period. Spotting instead of a regular flow for more than 5 days can be bothersome. It may be due to hormonal changes, stress, or some medicines. I recommend the identification of other symptoms that you might have and drinking water to improve your hydration levels. If it continues or worsens, consult with a gynecologist.

I have a greenish discharge on one nipple since December. It was previously diagnosed as hormonal imbalance and I was given hormonal pills. 3 months later I was given antibiotics but it is still here. I am not done with my antibiotics though
Female | 26
A green discharge can be caused due to infections, injuries, or more concerning issues like breast growth or cancer. Consult a gynecologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Do not stop medications without medical advice.

I am getting prolonged period after c section delivery in November in this month I am getting periods from 15 days I am taking contraceptive pills since 8 days
Female | 29
The body undergoes changes after a cesarean delivery. Your menstrual cycle may become irregular. A prolonged period can occur due to hormonal fluctuations or physical stress. Using birth control pills initially disrupts your cycle. Monitor your symptoms carefully. If they persist or worsen, consult your gynecologist.

I'm 19 years old I aborted pregnant 3 days ago and l had sex today, Can that lead to pregnant or not ?
Female | 19
Having sex right after an abortion increases the chances of getting pregnant again. Your body needs time to recover. Wait for a while before intimacy. An abortion causes changes needing healing. Having sex too soon risks complications. Take a break from intimacy for now. Use contraceptives when resuming sexual activity later.

Can one become pregnant after removing one ovary and uterus?
स्त्री | 40
Getting pregnant after having an ovary and uterus removed isn't simple. But there's still hope. Your remaining ovary releases eggs, and you can conceive. However, removing your uterus means there's nowhere for a fertilized egg to grow. If pregnancy is your goal, it's crucial to consult a fertility specialist. They'll help you understand options and the best path forward.

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 13 October 2023. I drank morning after pill the following morning then I skipped my periods for 2 months then started bleeding for 14 days in December 2023 Could this be a miscarriage without me knowing I was pregnant
Female | 20
It could be that you had a miscarriage. This happens sometimes without realizing pregnancy. Signs may be heavy bleeding, painful cramps, and passing clots. Unbalanced hormones or issues with the embryo cause it. See a gynecologist if you think it occurred, so they check you're okay.

Is neurozan safe to use during pregnancy
Female | 27
Neurozan contains vitamins and minerals that could harm an unborn child. Don't take it if you're pregnant. Get nutrients from foods recommended for expecting moms instead. Before taking any supplements during pregnancy, ask your gynecologist if they're safe for you and your baby.

Hi, I'm 27+ years old and a mom of a 1year. I have been facing "Irregular Periods". From past 3months I used to get my periods 2days after the expected date. Last periods: Feb 8th 2024. This month, March I had to get my periods on 11th but it's delayed by 5days now. I have been experiencing severe lower abdomen pain like periods cramp pain from 3days but not a sign of periods bleeding. I don't think I'm pregnant. Also my sleep cycle is a bit deprived, recent stress and also travelled to a hot climate place recently.
Female | 27
Your menstrual cycle issues, with painful cramps and anxiety, could be linked. Sleep disruptions and travel can affect periods too. Stress and lifestyle shifts sometimes delay periods. Take it easy, sleep well, and drink fluids. If the pain doesn't go away or you have other worries, talk to a gynecologist for advice.

My abdomen is sensitive to the touch I have naseua for the past week. Am I possibly pregnant bc my stomach feels hard but I’m on depo
Female | 18
Feeling uncomfortable in your stomach and experiencing nausea doesn't always signify pregnancy. It's good you're using Depo as birth control. The hardness could result from bloating or muscle tightness. Stress and diet changes sometimes cause these symptoms too. If it continues, consider consulting a gynecologist.

First ultrasound in which week ?
Female | 28
Normally, the first ultrasound is done around the 6th to 9th week of the pregnancy. This is done to check the growth of the baby and to make sure that the heartbeat is normal and everything is fine. Moreover, it also provides the information concerning the expected date of delivery. Thus, if you experience any symptoms such as bleeding or pain, or if the doctor wants to check if the baby is healthy, they may recommend doing an ultrasound earlier.
