You may have an abscess in the sacral region. It could lead to the formation of a sinus that discharges blood or pus. You may experience tenderness, local heat, or swelling around this place. Abscesses occur as a result of infections most of the time. It is important to visit an orthopedist immediately to incise and drain it then give antibiotics for treatment.

Knee pain mild reduction in tibio-femoral joint space
Female | 50
Near the knee area, the space between the thigh bone and the shin bone can sometimes become slightly less due to various factors. This can happen because of an injury, arthritis, or natural wear and tear. Symptoms may include pain, stiffness, and restricted mobility. For recovery, rest, ice, simple exercises, and sometimes medication can help. It is important to visit an orthopedist for a proper examination and treatment plan.

I am 17 yrs old girl having problem about my height increasing and my bone problem pain i am normal but i suffered bone pain i have been no diagonesed with any disease
Female | 17
Bone pain may be a consequence of various factors such as growth spurts or poor posture which may be the reason for this. For now, think of your bones as if they are naturally adjusting themselves as you grow taller. Measure your intake of calcium and vitamin D as a way of ensuring you get enough of these minerals for healthy bones. Even if the pain persists, it's best to talk with an orthopedist.

i have severe pain in posterior back thigh for more than 2 year.it leads to my lower back. i can barely walk because of it.i have taken alot of medications but it just gave me a temporary relief and i haven't got any improvement.
Male | 20
It is possible that sciatica, which involves a nerve in your lower back getting irritated, is the cause of this. This can give you a hard time in your thigh. Stretching exercises and physical therapy may be a good idea. Likewise, you can use heat for pain relief, plus rub the area gently. If you find that your discomfort continues, please contact an orthopedist.

I've noticed that my wrist feels loose or unstable when I apply pressure or pull something or during arm wrestling, but it only happens when I deliberately move it in a certain way. I have noticed it more than 6 months ago.Can you tell me what might be causing this and what I should do about it?"
Male | 15
You have a condition called ligament laxity in your wrist. This means your ligaments are loose and don't support your wrist properly, making it feel unstable in certain positions. This can be due to a past injury or natural hypermobility. To help stabilize your wrist, wearing a wrist brace during activities that trigger symptoms can provide support and reduce instability. Doing special wrist-strengthening exercises can also improve strength and stability over time. Avoid activities that worsen your symptoms, and consult a physical therapist for a personalized treatment plan.

Can I use stationary cycle for rehabilitation of fractured patella after 80 days of surgery
Male | 44
Your knee feels stiff after surgery. Your bone heals slowly. Using a cycle helps strengthen your knee. You can ride slowly without pain. Yet be careful not to hurt yourself again. Follow your doctor's advice at all times. Cycling improves your movement while keeping safe.

I have a sudden and severe continuous back pain that goes to the stomach, it started 3 days ago and painkillers don't work
Female | 36
Back pain radiating to your stomach could indicate a kidney infection or stone. Fever, sickness, and persistent discomfort unrelieved by medication often accompany these conditions. Prompt medical evaluation is crucial for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, such as antibiotics or procedures to remove kidney stones, if present. Seeking timely care from an orthopedist is essential.

My child spine bend in born.it will cure by belt/
Male | 12
Your child could have congenital scoliosis - a curved spine. This happens due to abnormal growth before birth. Symptoms are uneven shoulders, or hips. In some cases, a brace helps. But surgery may be needed if the curve is severe. Make sure to see a pediatric orthopedic specialist. They'll discuss the best treatment options for your child's spine.

I am 53 yrs old recently I had surgery from fortis hospital Post operative appearance with orthopedic device, plates and screws seen in situ. There is evidence of a persistent fracture line in the distal femoral condyle with extensions involving patellofemoral articular surface, intercondylar notch, medial and lateral condyle reaching tibiofemoral articular surface. Proximal visualized shaft of left femur shows diffuse cortical thickening, coarse trabeculation and patchy intramedullary sclerosis. Proximal end of fracture does not show any clearly demonstrable callus formation or periosteal reaction suggesting hypo/oligotrophic fracture healing. Multiple well defined small bony hyperdensities are seen within the fracture line. Extensive surrounding soft tissue stranding and fluid density seen within the intercondylar notch area. Osteoarthritic changes seen involving the knee joint with tibial spiking, marginal osteophytes, significantly reduced medial tibiofemoral joint space.
Male | 53
We would be more than happy to help you but you have just told your reports but did not mention What's your problem? So kindly get in touch with an orthopedic surgeon near you.

It seems that, according to your described symptoms, you are dealing with one of the types of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which is a clot in the blood vessels deep inside body. You should immediately seek the advice of a physician, preferably from among vascular specialists to allow for proper testing and diagnosis. DVT is a severe condition that requires emergency treatment.

I am a 70 year old male and have been having pain in both my shoulders and knees for the last 6 months. I have used medicines and pain reliever ointment cream for few days but there is no relief. What should I do now?
Male | 70
Joint pain like this could be due to osteoarthritis, which is common in older people. As we age, the cartilage in our joints wears down, leading to discomfort. It's important to stay active to maintain flexibility and strength but avoid activities that make the pain worse. Gentle exercises like walking or swimming can help. Physical therapy can also teach you specific exercises to strengthen the muscles around your joints and improve mobility. Over-the-counter pain relievers might provide relief, but it's essential to consult with an orthopedist before starting any new medication.

Hello, I had a partial tear in the patellar tendon in the right knee. The doctor gave me a belt to stabilize the leg, which was loose for more than a month. At the appointment, he said that the tear had healed without me taking an x-ray. He sent me to physical rehabilitation to do the classes. My question is, can I walk without that belt and crutch? To strengthen the thigh muscle
ذكر | 38
Your kneecap tendon has healed, which is great! If you feel unsure about walking without support, that's normal. It's important to start slowly and listen to your body. If you experience any discomfort, continue using a knee brace or crutches. As you grow stronger and more stable, gradually reduce your reliance on them.
