I took some session from clinical psychologist, In that time some people were stalking me digitaly and chasing me physically at all places including workplaces and hostels were I lived. I started feeling anxious and panic, I once lost control on my hand and left side body for 10 minutes. I started feeling mentally inactive, I lost my concentration and interest in my work and life. I was just thinking on the issue and who were behind that, who was/is doing and why? could not feel real me , felt like robot. I was hearing voices of people which was another big trauma for me. I need to clear my mind from these trauma and want to start new fresh life

I am a 27 year old male struggling with severe everyday anxiety for 2 years. My anxiety causes me to have sleepless nights and sometimes it feels like I'm Going to lose my mind or lose control of my entire body.
Male | 27
High levels of anxiety can interfere with your sleep and make things seem very scary. It's normal to have racing thoughts, restlessness, and physical symptoms such as sweating or shaking. This comes from a mix of genetics, brain chemistry, and the things you've been through. Speaking with a psychitrist is the best way to manage anxiety through therapy or medication.

I am 16 year old boy and having mental and physical weakness in body. I masturbate a daily one time from 8 month. I don't like to talk with people nor even feel like connection with anyone. My sleep cycle is heavily disturbed that's why I sleep in day and awaken all night even though I don't want to do this.
Male | 16
Masturbating daily is normal but feeling weak and disconnected isn't. Lack of energy and disturbed sleep can be linked to many causes, like stress or depression. I recommend talking to someone you trust, like a parent or a school counselor, to get some help and support.

I wonder if I have a form of OCD. I finger tap, muscle twitch, and count syllables. Also, when I finger tap and muscle twitch, it has to be equal on both sides of my body, or else it really bothers me. Also, let's say I hit my elbow on a table or fridge, I feel a very urgent need to touch my other elbow to said table or fridge, and it is very hard to ignore the need. This has been bothering me for about 2-3 years. (Ever since I started high school).

Hi there! Taking more medicine than the suggested dose can be bad. If you take 60mg of fluoxetine instead of 20mg, it can make you feel dizzy, mixed up, have a fast heartbeat, or even get seizures. It is important to stay calm and tell your doctor right away. The doctor will help you know what to do next to stay safe and healthy.

I have ocd and I take 50 mg of sertraline in the morning and 0.5 mg of clonazepam at night but now I am having difficulty in sleeping so can I take 1 mg of clonazepam at night, please suggest me.
Male | 30
The perfect dose of clonazepam for insomnia may not be higher, e.g. 1 mg. The same applies to changing the dosage, they should talk to the psychiatrist first. Difficulty sleeping can sometimes be one side effect of clonazepam due to a medication like sertraline and the doctor will help get the right solution for the patient. Panic, fear, or other reasons may also be the sources of your sleep problems.

My mother is not willing to eat anything, so can hypnotic therapy will work for her ?
Female | 73
There are numerous reasons for this, such as the risk of depression or some medical conditions. Hypnotic therapy is not usually a method employed in this case. Figuring out the reasons behind her not wanting to eat is the first step. Have the conversation with her first and then help her find the right psychiatrist who will come up with the best treatment.
