You might have an infection in your urinary system. The burning feeling when you pee suggests germs entered that area. Drink lots of water to help flush them out. Avoid spicy foods and try cranberry juice, which could help. If burning persists, antibiotics from a urologist may be needed to clear the infection fully.

I have taken various std tests and all my results came back negative, my family doctor prescribed a couple antibiotics (cefixime, nitrofurantoin, levofloxacin and ofloxacin) for the symptoms but it only suppresses it for a while before it flares up again. The dull pain that you feel in your right testicle could be a result of you touching it too much. You may have also irritated the zone. Try to take it easy and avoid touching it for now. If the pain is the same in a few days or gets worse, then it's best to see a urologist.

Last year I had balanitis and there was tissue damage. Since then I have been having trouble with erection. Also, when I ride bike for long, my testis hurts. Please advise.
Male | 27
You might be dealing with some of the complications from the balanitis you had before. Loss of erection and testicular pain can be an outcome of tissue damage from the infection. Suppose you keep riding for long hours; the pressure tends to get into the infected area. Meeting a urologist is necessary for talking about your symptoms so that you can take a means to deal with the problems that cater to your situation.

Hi . My dad had a urine culture, and it revealed a 'Pseudomonas aeruginosa' infection. How serious is this infection, and can it spread to others in the surrounding people.
Male | 69
For people with impaired immune systems, pseudomonas aeruginosa infection can lead to pronounced symptoms. Others in close contact with the infected person may then get an infection. In this case, I would advise a referral to the urologist for further assessment and management.

UTI didnot stop even after taking antibiotics
Male | 33
Urinary tract infections happen when harmful bacteria enter your urinary system, causing frequent urination, burning sensations, and unpleasant odors or cloudiness. If the initial antibiotics fail to eliminate the bacteria, your urologist may prescribe different ones. Completing the full course of antibiotics is crucial for recovery.

My normal penis size is small but when it erectile it become large upto 11 to 12cm and my age is 20
Male | 20
It’s very normal for a penis to be smaller when it’s not hard, and then grow to about 11-12cm long when it is. This happens during puberty which is usually from around when you are 10-14 years old. So you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Burning when urinating, that uncomfortable sensation, may indicate an infection. Your urinary tract could have bacteria invading, causing irritation. Alternatively, a sexually transmitted disease could trigger similar symptoms. Staying hydrated helps flush things out, but seeking medical care is crucial.

I'm 26 yrs old . I have just feel a fluid type in my right testis. Doctor says it's a normal issue so he gave me some medicines . Ultrasound shows a minimal hydrocele tested by a radiologist I have go to urologist doctor he just gave me tabs . Now after 15 days I don't feel any recovery Thanks
Male | 26
The pathological status of the testis (HC) is called where the fluid collects around the testicle. It is a source of swelling and heaviness. The tablets the urologist gave you should be able to reduce the swelling, but in case of no effect within two weeks, you should see your doctor. Sometimes, it only requires more time or a different way of treatment.

How to stop urinary retention? Their is a trace of protein in my number 1 and my White blood cells count is slightly high. My doctor told me I have no infection yesterday.
Male | 25
The symptoms appearing in you, as pristine in your pee and high white blood cell count, can serve as evidence of an overactive bladder. It means your body is facing a pee-out flow due to one of several reasons like nerve dysfunction or blockage. You should visit an urologist to suggest medications or exercises that can restore the strength of the bladder muscles.

I am 16years and still bedwet. It has been going on for more than 5years now. Any time I lie on my back to sleep i wake up dry but anytime I lie sideways I bedwet
Male | 16
Bedwetting or nocturnal enuresis sounds like the problem you are facing, which can be challenging. It is named nocturnal enuresis. The part where you wet the bed while you are on the side position is called the "positional factor." This may be because of how your bladder and brain communicate when you are in different positions while you are sleeping. Many reasons are common among teenagers. You can limit drinks before bedtime, go to the bathroom right before sleeping, and practice good bladder habits during the day as you may want to. It is good to discuss the matter with the urologist, for personalized advice.
