Patient's history reveals: * Early childhood difficulties with keeping up in school * Competition with younger brother (2 years his junior) * Possible neglect or feeling neglected by parents due to favoritism towards the younger sibling * Lack of friends at school * Issues with making eye contact, paying attention, and lack of confidence Before the first outburst, he showed signs of: * Avoiding eye contact * Difficulty paying attention * Lack of confidence in performing or speaking when prompted The patient is currently under neurologist care after the initial outburst.
