Chot lagne ke baad kuch logon ko yaad-dasht mein kami mehsoos hoti hai. Ye kabhi-kabhi dimaag par lagne wale prabhav ki wajah se hota hai. Ismein confusion, bhoolne ki aadat, ya daily activities ko yaad rakhne mein mushkil aana shamil ho sakta hai. Aapko chinta karne ki zarurat nahi hai, lekin ye zaroori hai ki aap ek neurologist se milkar apni sthiti ka samiksha karwayein. Medical professional aapko sahi diagnosis karne aur zaroori upchar pradan karne mein madad kar sakte hain. Apne swasthya ka dhyan rakhein.

Suffered from stroke 8 months back since the patient is suffering from dysphagia. From the 8 months nothing improvement is shown in dysphagia. When he tries to eat something suddenly the cough comes. From 8 months feeding is from Ryles Tube. Sir please tell us what we can do
Male | 65
Some people have trouble swallowing after a stroke. This condition is called dysphagia, and it's common after a stroke. If someone coughs while eating, it could mean that food is going into their airways instead of their stomach. A feeding tube can help for a while. Speech therapy often helps people regain their ability to swallow over time. Keep in touch with your doctors to get the best care plan.

Does levonorgestrel effective if I'm under epilepsy medication
Female | 22
Levonorgestrel is generally effective, even if someone is taking medication for epilepsy. However, you need to be aware that some anticonvulsants can influence hormones and, as a result, make contraceptives less effective. Warning signs include unexpected bleeding or changes in the menstrual cycle. The best way to ensure that you are fully protected is to discuss your situation with a neurologist too. They may propose other methods or additional protection that matches your special requirements.

Headaches are the result of either changes in the flow of the fluids around the brain or irritation of the nerves. This is a new symptom for you; tell your neurologist about it. Keep them informed of all your symptoms; this will allow them to decide on the most suitable treatment for your general health care.

My grandfather age is 69 he has second brain stroke before 5 month today his throat is peining (nv tude is use to feeding) please doctor tell is any problem related to stroke
Male | 69
Often after a stroke, people can have problems swallowing. This is called dysphagia. It can be painful to the throat and hence eating or drinking becomes difficult. This is because the muscles associated with swallowing may not work properly after a stroke. Discuss this with your neurologist to accomplish feeding and avoid any complications.

You have been going through the episodes of dizziness and sweating. The reason could be several things, including low blood sugar, dehydration, or even anxiety. If the symptoms persist, it is advisable to get a check-up with a neurologist.

Right basifrontal region focal encephalomalacia is seen measuring 3x2 cm (H/O prior trauma). MRI report is abnormal but my EEG test is normal
Female | 28
You feel uneasy because of the MRI report that shows a spot in your brain. It may have been caused by a past injury. Encephalomalacia is the condition when brain tissue is damaged and can be of various types such as headaches or memory problems. The good news is that your brain's electrical activity seems okay. You only have to do two things: first of all, watch out for any new symptoms that may come up and report them to your neurologist.

My head is aching I'm dizzy I'm tired I can't stand straight I can't breathe well In general I feel like I'm dying It's not letting up And my sinuses are acting up Since yesterday
Female | 17
Your symptoms, including headache, dizziness, fatigue, and difficulty breathing, may suggest a sinus infection or allergy-related issue. Dehydration and stress can also contribute to discomfort. Please ensure you’re drinking plenty of fluids and resting. Using a humidifier may help ease sinus pressure. However, since your symptoms are persistent and severe, I strongly encourage you to seek medical attention promptly. A neurologist can assess your condition accurately and provide the right treatment.

Although medications and electroconvulsive therapy are effective in alleviating depressed state, she can still be feeling sick. Recovery is on a personal level and it depends on the specific individual, yet sticking to treatment is vital. If watched closely the antidepressants could not only help feeling better but also bring down pain. Please engage in regular communication with her healthcare provider for the best outcome, monitor if the medication is effective and require adjustments if necessary.

I AM 22 YEARS OLD MY HAND MILD TREMORS
Male | 22
Hand tremors at 22 years old are quite uncommon but can happen. Stress, high consumption of caffeine, and sleep deprivation that, in some cases, can even be exacerbated by demanding situations might all be implicated. Take a deep breath, cut down on coffee, and get some sleep. If the tremors become more frequent or more severe, it is advisable to undergo a medical examination to find out if other possible causes are present.

I'm 21 years old and I take the 2 capsule of the vitamin e 400g and I didn't sleep well and my brain is too much heavy
Male | 21
Seems that insomnia and the sensation that your brain is heavy might have appeared after you consumed two 400mg Vitamin E capsules. The reason is that Vitamin E overdose suppresses the nervous system and symptoms like insomnia which may be accompanied by feelings of confusion. Get enough hydration, eat well, and stay away from Vitamin E.

Male | 33
It seems that you might have a condition that is known as a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak which occurs when there is a tear in the tissues that surround the brain. If your pain is on the left side of your head and you have fluid leaking from your nose when you bend your head forward, the doctor can tell you more about this. It is important to see a neurologist for proper diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.

Male | 69
The symptoms of difficulty eating and speaking are the general ones that occur after a brain stroke. It may be attributed to the muscles used for swallowing being weak. Seeing that he mentioned no problem swallowing and eating by himself, you can slowly start to give him food by mouth. Begin with soft, easy-to-swallow foods and keep track of his progress. Do not forget to communicate with his healthcare team along the way.
