Periods ka irregular hona aur delay hona kai wajah se ho sakta hai, jaise stress, hormonal imbalance, ya lifestyle changes. Jab aapne pregnancy test kiya aur faint line dekhi, toh ye indicate kar sakta hai ki shayad pregnancy hai, lekin result ko confirm karne ke liye test ko kuch din baad dobarah karna behtar hoga. Abhi aapko apne health par focus karna chahiye; sahi diet, exercise, aur relaxation se madat mil sakti hai. Agar periods nahi aate ya symptoms continue karte hain, toh please Gynecologist se milkar check-up zarur karein.
