Experiencing discomfort in the abdomen after consuming liquids may suggest several underlying factors, such as food sensitivities, digestive issues, or even mild infections. It's important to pay attention to accompanying symptoms like bloating or nausea. To alleviate discomfort, consider sipping fluids slowly, avoiding overly sugary or carbonated drinks, and eating smaller meals. Staying hydrated with water and gentle herbal teas can help soothe your system. However, if discomfort persists or worsens, please consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation. Your health is important, and a doctor can provide tailored advice and appropriate treatment options.

I am 28years old, female and I am hepB carrier. My dad has undergone liver transplant surgery due to liver cirrhosis and tumour. I checked my HBVDNA and it's quite high in level (in crores) and I have consulted a doctor and he advised me to take antiviral drugs(Tafero800mg-OD) as a preventive measures since my dad suffered from liver cancer. I have taken this medicine for more than 4month and it doesn't bring changes in Dna level counts. So I discontinued my treatment. My all blood reports as well as USG and liver fibroscan is normal but my HbvDna level is still up. My dad has been taking tab.entaliv 0.5mg and it helps my dad's level to come down drastically. Please do prescribed me the best and most effective medicine,Thank you.

Doctor, My son have colostomy surgery. I want to know how much time to second OT for normal out stool process....?

Male | 2month 10days

After a colostomy operation, it may take some time for your son to have normal bowel movements. This is normal as the body needs time to adjust. It usually takes about a week for bowel movements to return. During this time, it’s important to stay hydrated, eat nutritious food, and follow the advice of healthcare professionals. If you notice any alarming symptoms such as severe pain, abdominal swelling, or no bowel movements for an extended period, consult your doctor immediately.

If someone swallowed a small rubber band by mistake will it cause any issues

Female | 24

Swallowed a tiny rubber band? No need to worry! It usually passes through your body without any issues, and you might not even notice it. However, if you experience stomach pain, nausea, or difficulty passing stool, seek medical attention immediately, as it could indicate a blockage.

Male | 21

Ah, seems diarrhea has interrupted your intermittent fasting schedule. Diarrhea is frequent bowel movements, often caused by fasting's effects on digestion. When ending your fast, opt for gentle foods like bananas, plain rice, or toast. These soothe the stomach. Hydrate extensively with lots of water. If diarrhea persists, seek medical advice.
