A rash on your legs seems quite concerning. It might be ringworm, showing circular reddish patches. Ringworm often causes itchiness and burning sensations. Keep affected areas dry and clean. Try antifungal creams from stores, they may help clear it. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, see a dermatologist. Many skin issues are treatable when properly addressed, so there's no need to panic unduly. With proper care, the condition should improve.

Experiencing itchiness around your bottom? The culprit could be a fungal infection termed ringworm - presenting as a circular, irritating rash. Its emergence often stems from excessive perspiration or inadequate cleanliness of the area. Fortunately, treatment is straightforward: gently cleanse the affected region and apply an antifungal cream or powder. To accelerate healing, opt for loose, breathable undergarments, allowing proper ventilation.

Safe removal of congenital nevus in 7.5-year-old girl

Good day, I want to consult you regarding a congenital nevus and a female child aged 7.5 years. The nevus is visible at the back of the back, measuring 2-2.5cm vertically and 1-1.5cm horizontally. Is it safe to remove the nevus, is it possible to remove it completely, without leaving any cell that would continue to grow and become malignant. Is it safe in the sense that there is no risk of turning into melanoma if it is split? Thank you in advance for asking, Nice day

A birthmark that grows is called congenital nevus. Most are harmless, but removal could help if it bothers your child or risks becoming melanoma (cancer). Talk to a dermatologist. If removal is best, they'll do it carefully to minimize any left cells that could maybe become cancerous. Watch for changes. Follow the doctor's advice.

Itchy, mosquito-like bumps that appear randomly on your body after unprotected sex could be an allergic reaction or a sign of a skin infection. It's important to see a dermatologist as soon as possible to properly diagnose and treat the condition.

Injuries can be the result of heat, chemicals, or sun exposure. Until then, keep the area clean and do not scratch it. The application of aloe vera or honey can help to relieve the scar. With time, it will become less noticeable, but be careful as scars are slow to vanish. It is not enough to wear a hat in the sun, make sure you also avoid getting darkened by it.

Balanitis is what you are probably suffering from. Balanitis refers to a situation when the foreskin of the penis or its tip becomes red, inflamed, and sensitive. The reasons could be not cleaning the foreskin, irritation due to soaps, or even infections. To assist, guarantee that the area is kept clean and dry, avoid using harsh soaps, and you may need a dermatologist to prescribe medication.

Fungal infections are usually fungal diseases that manifest as rashes and irritated skin that can be red and itchy. The main cause is moisture getting stuck on the skin, which in turn creates spores of fungi that are unable to survive. To treat it, keep the area clean and dry and wear loose clothing as well as use antifungal creams as directed by a dermatologist.

You're having an allergic reaction, which happens when your body reacts to something foreign it has come into contact with. This can cause symptoms like redness, itchiness, swelling, or hives. Common triggers include food, animals, pollen, or certain medications. To relieve symptoms, you can take an antihistamine or use a cold compress on the affected area. If your symptoms are severe or worsen, visit a dermatologist.

Balanitis means the penis, as well as the foreskin, gets infected. It can cause the skin to become red, sore, and itchy. This situation arises due to germs such as bacteria or fungi. Appropriate hygiene can prevent this; ensure the area is clean and dry. If it's giving you grief, you might need a dermatologist to prescribe some cream to help clear it up.

Why do I have small black spots on my wrist and hand?

I have a small black spot on the top of my right wrist. I don't know how to say it. It has a structure like tiny dots around it. But it doesn't hurt. It's normal as always. It's been coming for two months now Also on my left hand, I had a small cut about a month ago. It has healed but there are small dots around it like on the right arm.I did not take any medicine for this. I used a powder for sweat rashes on my neck. It seems to me that this has something to do with it.

The black spot with the tiny dots around it you are describing may be a mole or a freckle. The dots that are near the cut that is healed might be either scars or pigmentation changes. The powder that you use for your sweat rashes on your neck may not be the main cause of these spots. However, it is still important to keep the area clean and moisturized. It is better to see a dermatologist if the problem worsens or you are noticing more changes.

You might have a skin condition called eczema, which can cause small watery bumps, itching, and some redness. Standard treatments don't always work for everyone. To relieve symptoms, use a mild moisturizer regularly, avoid strong soaps, and wear loose, natural-fiber clothing. If the problem continues, consider consulting a dermatologist for further advice and treatment.
