It seems that you may be going through a type of depersonalization. That means that a person can observe life like an outside spectator from the viewpoint of seeing himself/herself acting. It can be associated with anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues as well. It is highly advised to communicate with someone you trust or a counselor about how you feel. They will be able to provide you with coping mechanisms. Besides, resting well, eating properly, and take a couple of breaths or practising mindfulness can also be beneficial to keep your mind at peace.

How to Solve Missed Period Problem Naturally?

Missed period problem how to solve this problem

Answered on 23rd May '24

Missed menstruation can be because of different factors. Stress, sudden weight-gain , hormonal imbalance, and reproductive system disorders can be listed as the most typical causes. Being aware of any other inconveniences that have appeared along with missed periods would help you to find out the real issue. It would be beneficial if you could communicate with a gynecologist in that respect so that the right diagnosis can be drawn without further delay, and, if needed, the best treatment would be provided to you.

It's not uncommon for periods to be a little late or for cramps to start early, but if it's been a week and your period still hasn't come, it's worth checking in with a gynecologist just to be sure everything's okay. They can give you the best advice based on your specific situation.

Why is my gestation age different from LMP?

Why is my LMP gestation is 38 weeks 4 days and gestation age by BPD /FL is 34 weeks

1 Answer
Dr. Himali Patel

Gynecologist/Obstetrician

Answered on 23rd May '24

The Last Menstrual Period (LMP) calculates gestation from the start of your last period, while gestational age by Biparietal Diameter (BPD) or Femur Length (FL) measures the baby's size. The difference in weeks might be due to variations in fetal growth rates. Your obstetrician can provide more insight and guidance based on these measurements. It's always best to consult them for a clearer understanding of your pregnancy progress.

Why am I producing clear mucus for 6 months?

Ever since I was diagnosed with allergies rhinitis I can't stop producing clear mucus and Iits been six months

1 Answer

Answered on 23rd May '24

It is caused when the body is fighting off allergens, such as dust and pollen, in the nasal passages. This kind of disease is seasonal and it may become severe if not controlled. Employing saltwater nasal sprays, keeping away from various triggers like dust, and staying hydrated can reduce the production of the excreted mucus.

Hormonal changes that occur as a side effect of Plan B. The brown color is because the blood that came out is old. If the discharge continues for more than 2 weeks or you experience severe pain or fever, then please see a gynecologist for advice on what steps to take.

It's natural for women to have a monthly period but sometimes the period may not appear as per the due date. You might have a late period with an increase in white discharge due to stress, changes in routine, or hormonal imbalance, or you may be pregnant. How Can I Induce Period Naturally?

I am 22 years old and my period is delayed 3 days so how can I get my period

Dr. Mohit Saraogi

Answered on 23rd May '24

It's okay, sometimes it's absolutely normal that periods can be delayed without any consequent harm, just wait before you start to worry about it. Stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances might be the culprits. Keeping track of any other symptoms you might have like cramps or mood swings can help a lot. Drinking plenty of water, eating healthy food, and sleeping enough might help you make your period regular.

I m 32 year old my problem is hyper sensitivity of glans pre ejaculation

Answered on 23rd May '24

It sounds like you're dealing with hypersensitivity of the glans before ejaculation, which can cause discomfort and irritation. Building tolerance through exercises like boxing or other sports may help reduce sensitivity and anxiety. Additionally, practicing breathing exercises can be beneficial. However, if symptoms continue or worsen, it's important to seek medical advice from a sexologist  for appropriate treatment options.

It occurs sometimes that USG readings don't go hand with the apparent weeks of pregnancy which might occur due to some irregular periods. It's quite normal to observe a little bleeding in early pregnancy and the attachment of fertilized egg to the uterus is the main reason behind it. Keep an eye out for anything different and consult your gynecologist regarding those so they can do a proper examination.

1 Answer

It appears you've been diagnosed with low bone density and vitamin D deficiency, which can lead to bone pain, weak muscles, and fractures. A diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, including dairy products, leafy greens, and sunlight exposure, is crucial for bone health. Your doctor may recommend vitamin D supplements to improve your calcium levels. Additionally, maintaining a nutritious diet and engaging in exercises like running and strength training prescribed by your orthopedic doctor can help maintain bone strength and overall health.
