You seem to be showing some signs of dissociative identity disorder (DID), which is also called multiple personality disorder. These people might have several identities or alters that influence their behavior and they might not know about it. Usually, it happens due to severe trauma in the past. Therapy – especially cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) – can assist you in comprehending and managing these different personalities for a better life.

Hello I took way too much of frontin (xanax). I wasn't aware of the dangers. I took probably 25 0.5 mg of frontin - xanax - due to compulsive redosing . I also took 20mg of zolpidem today at lunch..I'm a bit worried now. Can I overdose on it? I have no symptoms . Can you please help?
Female | 28
Taking higher doses of benzodiazepines, like Xanax (frontin) and zolpidem, can lead to serious risks, even if you feel fine now. Potential symptoms of an overdose include drowsiness, confusion, slowed breathing, and unresponsiveness. Given the amounts you mentioned, it's essential to seek medical help even if you're feeling okay; professionals can monitor and provide necessary care. Please reach out to a psychiatrist right away to discuss your situation.

How to reduce adrenaline anxiety?
The inner glands produce adrenaline. Adrenaline is also known as the “fight-or-flight hormone.” It's released in response to a stressful, exciting, dangerous, or threatening situation. Adrenaline helps your body react more quickly. One can reduce adrenaline by activating relaxation response ( in contrast of fight and flight response) by doing meditation, yoga, playing a sport, listening to music ect. One can do relaxation exercises like Jacobsons progressive muscular relaxation, pranayam and through guided imagery.

It sounds like you are managing several medications, which can sometimes lead to mixed effects like fatigue or mood changes. Each medication serves a purpose, whether for mood stabilization or anxiety. However, it's important to monitor how you feel over time. If you're experiencing new or worsening symptoms, please consider scheduling a consultation with your psychiatrist. They can review your treatment plan and make adjustments if necessary, ensuring your comfort and well-being.

I am 25 years old and 228, first time seeing this doctor. She prescribed me lisnopril 2.5mg only take if my blood pressure rises and my heart rate was fast. I get nervous easily and have anxiety
Female | 25
You are dealing with some anxiety and fast heart rate. It's not unusual for your heart to fasten up when you are nervous. Anxiety can sometimes lead to high blood pressure as well. The drug lisinopril 2.5mg can reduce high blood pressure but only when you need it, for example, if your blood pressure becomes too high. You should practice visualization techniques and keep calm to overcome your anxiety.
