The tension can lower energy levels leading to tiredness. Factors such as poor nutrition, dehydration, or lack of sleep, might also cause it. I suggest having a balanced diet filled with vitamins and minerals, drinking enough water, and making sure you sleep well with proper rest. Doing some light exercise can also give the energy you need. In the event of persistent fatigue, it is necessary to go back to the healthcare provider and say what evaluations or treatments may be made.

Anxiety issue, dizzineaa, palpitation, depression

Female | 28

Anxiety, dizziness, palpitations, and depression can be tough to deal with. You often feel anxious, which makes you worry a lot. Dizziness may feel like you're about to collapse, and palpitations are when your heart beats faster than usual. Depression causes you to feel sad frequently. These feelings can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, or health issues. To get support, try to calm your mind, maintain a regular sleep schedule, share your feelings with someone you trust, and consider therapy or counseling. These steps can help you manage your emotions better.

Your fear of being judged, rejected, and overthinking can be symptoms of anxiety. The head injury that you had in your adolescent period may also be linked to your headaches and memory issues now. Of course, speaking with a mental health professional is the best way to get help, but you also might want to see a neurologist for your head injury.

I have taken unwanted 72 pill yesterday. For avoiding unwanted pregnancy I'm patient of depression my antidepressants medicine are lithosun sr, lonazep, olimelt, aripmt . I daily take these antidepressants but yesterday not and till now . Does antidepressants reduce the effectiveness of unwanted 72. Will I get pregnant? I'm worried

Female | 21

In general, the impact of the 72-hour pill on the efficiency of antidepressants is not that significant. If used in the recommended time frame, it is meant to work against getting pregnant. However, skipping your antidepressant doses may lead to your general well-being. Pay attention to any strange signs or emotional changes. If you go through persistent anxiety or if you have other concerns, see your healthcare provider for specifically tailored advice, and they can also help both your mental health and contraceptive requirements.

Im a 32 yr old female had gallbladder surgery in 2023 every since then I have bad anxiety because I had two surgery went into cardiac arrest induced coma so I'm traumatized by Drs and hospitals and have bad anxiety my two daughters help distract me but once there asleep my anxiety hits since am alone in my thights of the trauma I went through in Hialeah hospital ICU unit

Female | 32

Symptoms like heightened worry, restlessness, and difficulty sleeping can arise from trauma. This anxiety can be linked to the body’s natural response to stress. Engaging in calming activities, such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, or light physical activity, may help soothe your mind. Additionally, consider reaching out for support from friends or professionals who can guide you through this process. While distractions from your daughters are beneficial, talking to a therapist specializing in trauma can provide further relief. Remember, seeking professional help is a positive step toward healing.

Habitual symptoms of hyperbolic headaches, insomnia, xerostomia, lacrimation, panic attacks, sweating, and the appearance of discomfort in the chest make the situation difficult to bear. These signs and symptoms may be a consequence of stress, anxiety, or any other medical problems hidden deeply. It is important to confront these emotions in a constructive and useful way. Thank you for sharing how you’re feeling. It sounds like you’ve been under a lot of emotional and mental strain lately, which is affecting different areas of your life, including work and memory. It’s important to know that these challenges can often be linked to underlying stress, anxiety, or even lifestyle factors like sleep, diet, and workload. Consider taking some time to reflect on your daily routine and how manageable it feels. Are you getting enough rest? Are you giving yourself moments to pause and recharge? It may also help to talk to a psychologist or counselor who can guide you in understanding these emotions and their root causes. Therapy can offer practical ways to manage stress and regain balance, improving not just your focus but also your overall sense of well-being. You don’t have to navigate this alone—help is available, and reaching out is a great first step.

Losing focus is common and can happen due to pressure, lack of sleep, or distractions around you. If you often feel tired or easily distracted, try getting enough sleep, reducing distractions, and breaking your work into smaller tasks to improve focus.

I m 14 year having no interest in studies forgot what learned

Male | 14

Teenagers often may not like some kinds of studying because it seems they have no interest in some subjects. It's similar to our emotions can be weakened or lost by outside forces such as being overwhelmed, demotivated, or distracted. Forgetting what you have learned can indicate that you are stressed or overwhelmed with many things in your head. You need to find time to unwind, practice self-discipline, and communicate your needs to someone if this happens to you. Appreciate that being involved in your studies is important but take time to relax and take care of yourself by knowing that it's okay to need help from others whenever you are in trouble.
