Merhaba doktor. Eylül 2022'de ön çapraz bağın tamamen yırtılması sonucu, Ekim 2022'de ön çapraz bağ rekonstrüksiyonu ve lateral menisküs onarımı geçirdim. Ameliyattan neredeyse 6 ay sonraydı ama rehabilitasyonumu biraz ihmal ettim ve egzersizleri sadece fizyoterapistimle buluştuğumda günde bir kez yapıyordum. Bu nedenle tam ekstansiyon ve fleksiyon sağlayamadım. Bir gün fizyoterapistim yüz üstü yatmamı istedi ve rahatlığımın ötesine geçmek için dizimi kuvvetli bir şekilde itti (yaklaşık 100 derecelik fleksiyon elde edebildim). O andan itibaren şiddetli ağrılarım oluyor ve bacağımı doğrultamıyorum, ayrıca dik duramıyorum. Cerrahıma danıştığımda.. çok fazla fizik muayene yapmadan, bunun sadece kas spazmı olduğunu söyledi.. başka bir komplikasyon olsaydı bacaklarımın şişeceğini söyledi.. şişlik olmadığı için bunun spazm olduğu sonucuna vardı ve bana bunu yapmamı tavsiye etti. Hifenac'ı alın ve kremayla birlikte tamamen dinlenin. Ağrı büyük ölçüde azaldı ama tamamen değil. çok endişeleniyorum..

By both knees have been swollen and could not walk freely. It is very difficult to get on rickshaw or e_ rickshaw. Besides this I am suffering from food drop problem in right leg. Please advise whether both keen replacement is necessary for me and whether I have to face any difficulty if I do my operation outside my home City i.e. Kolkata.
