Riabni is taken alone or in combination with multiple medicines to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis in adults. Riabni is also suggested in adults and children above 2 years with conditions that cause inflammation of blood vessels and other tissues.
Riabni is administered as an infusion into a vein. Your doctor will provide you with this injection. Riabni is not given regularly. The dosage is based on the severity of the patient. Before each injection, you might be given other medications to prevent specific side effects of Rituximab.

- Inform your doctor if you ever had hepatitis B. Riabni may cause this condition to come back or worsen.
- Riabni may cause serious skin problems. Seek medical help if you have painful skin or mouth ulcers or skin rashes with blistering, peeling, or pus.
- Few side effects may occur during the injection or within 24 hours afterward. Tell your doctor immediately if you feel itchy, dizzy, weak, light-headed, or have shortness of breath or chest pain, wheezing, sudden cough, pounding heartbeats, or fluttering in your chest.
