Female | 14
If you're experiencing pain on the inside of your legs that worsens with pressure, it could be due to muscle strain, adductor tendinitis, groin hernia, or nerve impingement. It would be best to consult with a healthcare professional for an evaluation, diagnosis, and appropriate treatment.

Sound from joints specially from leg joint Black line on the nails now spreading on other nails also Dark eye circles
Male | 20
Two things seem to trouble you. Let's address them one by one. Your leg joints are making sounds, which is normal. It happens when air bubbles pop or tendons slide over bones. The black lines spreading on your nails could indicate a skin condition or lack of nutrients. Lack of sleep, stress, or allergies may cause dark circles under eyes. To improve these, eat a nutrient-rich diet. Manage stress well. Get adequate sleep. Moisturize nails. If issues persist, consult an orthopedist.

I am having issues with my right knee. My current doctor always suggests cortisol shots, but I refuse them because they don't work for me. I am very active, but my right knee slows me down. I'm looking for a new doctor and considering a knee replacement, preferably with 3-D printing technology. My name is Martin Castro.
Male | 66
It sounds like your current treatment isn't working for you, and it's important to find a solution. You should consider consulting an orthopedic specialist who can offer alternative treatments, including advanced options like 3-D printed knee replacements. They can provide a personalized plan to help you stay active and manage your knee pain effectively.

I am 36 years old and i had got injured two years ago and bone of my foot was cracked and doctors bind it with plate and it was recovered but now a major infection arose in foot that cause redness in my foot and it is spreading toward leg and whole body is swelled and i am feeling pain in my chest
Male | 36
The redness, swelling, and pain spreading from your foot to your leg and chest could mean the infection is getting worse. It may be the case that bacteria attack cells resulting in a serious health condition called sepsis, characterized by the infection invading the body. This requires immediate attention. The treatment of sepsis consists of antibiotics and other medications to maintain the infection under control. To avoid any complications it is necessary to act quickly.

Good day; I've experienced this problem for over 17yrs till date. The problem is that; If I happen to skip food for almost a day, my entire bones begin to excruciatingly pain me from deep inside every bone and joint, and once the pain starts it will last for another 24hrs even if I eat later on. Pls What's wrong with me?
Male | 30
Based on your description, it could be related to something called hypoglycemia, which is when your blood sugar drops too low from not eating. When this happens, your body might react with those intense bone and joint pains. In fact, it's important to eat regularly to keep your blood sugar stable. I would recommend seeing a diabetologist for a check-up to rule out any other underlying issues. In the meantime, try to eat small, frequent meals to prevent those episodes.

My name is Rosette i am 26 years old (female) i have been having pain in the left rib side and i did all the check up, exams at différent clinics but the results are Always negative. Before the pain could come for weeks and calm while getting some pain injections but when it Comes back it's as if it's something that IS growing the pain become worse now it's affecting the stomach too, its hard for me to find a simple position to sleep
Female | 26
The normal test results might point to the condition called costochondritis, which involves the inflammation of the cartilage linking your ribs to the breastbone. Due to cartilage inflammation, the pain can be stabbing and may be felt more severely when you are active or deep breathing. Although it can be hard to heal the condition related to this, there are things you can do to help heal it. Stay away from things that activate the pain, positional ice or heat to the site, and over-the-counter painkillers like ibuprofen. See an orthopedist in time to get a full evaluation.

Treatment alternatives may contain physical therapy, medication, or further assessment in order to treat the primary issue of the pain.

My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2014. She was operated on and given 12 of chemotherapy. Now she is cancer free but she has some side effect of chemotherapy on her leg due to which her leg is cramp which doctor should she see for treatment?
Female | 60
The cramping in her leg could be a side effect of the chemotherapy she received. This is called peripheral neuropathy, which is a very common problem. Among the symptoms are pain, tingling, and muscle weakness. She should make an appointment with a neurologist for an evaluation and the doctor can find out what could be the possible treatments. In the meanwhile, mild flexing and massaging of the painful leg might be of benefit in the spasm reduction.

If you feel that your lower back and the area between your legs are getting numbed then you might also experience tingling feelings around your back. This may be due to an intermission with the nerves along your spine. To relieve this, ensure you maintain a good posture, avoid lifting heavy objects, and include light workouts to strengthen your muscles. Should these signs persist, consult an orthopedist immediately.

Leg pain can arise from various factors such as muscle strain, joint issues, or circulation problems. Common symptoms include discomfort, swelling, or stiffness. To alleviate these sensations, rest, gentle stretching, and applying ice can be helpful. It's also beneficial to stay active with light exercise. However, if you notice persistent pain, swelling, or changes in mobility, it's essential to consult a orthopedist. They can provide tailored advice and determine if further examination is necessary.

I am a 17-year-old female. I was recovering quite well from a mild knee ligament stretch from over 2 or 3 months ago. It was not fully recovered, though. Yesterday, I had an awkward fall and twisted my knee. It hurt, but after a couple of minutes, I was able to walk relatively normally. There is pain on the sides of thd knee when I fully straighten my knee or tighten it fully. I can still walk and climb stairs. Currently, I am elevating my knee above hip level. How much and how long should I limit my activities? What should I do? Will my injury heal wrongly? Will my cartilage come back fully?
Female | 17
Pain on the outer side of the knee when straightening or fully extending it could mean a sprain. Be sure to rest your knee, apply ice for 15-20 minutes several times a day, and keep it up above your hip level. Stay away from activities that make the pain worse. If it doesn’t get any better, make sure you get it checked out by an orthopedist so that it can heal properly and there won’t be any long-term issues.

Hi I am not feeling well and having pain in knees
Male | 24
I feel bad seeing or experiencing this pain in your knees. Pain like this can be due to different causes such as inflammation, arthritis, or just a simple physical strain. It is necessary to check for any swelling, redness, or problems with movement. Make resting your joints, using ice for 15-20 minutes, and elevating your legs your first option to remove the discomfort. Also, OTC painkillers can be of use. Nevertheless, if you experience any persistent or intensified symptoms, please go to the orthopedist for an inclusive examination and personalized treatment plan.
