¿Puede la terapia con células madre tratar mi dolor de espalda?
Tiene problema de dolor de espalda. ¿La terapia con células madre puede tratar el problema del dolor de espalda?
Cirugía ortopédica
Answered on 24th Sept '24

I have a small tumor in my bicep its nit painful but when i touch it it ache a little is it serious?
Male | 18
Unlike lumps that result from injury, there are cancerous lumps that will go away without treatment. If the tumor is not sore and only hurts when pressed, it could be a benign growth. However, you should seek medical attention for this.

I had a question I was eating and accidentally put to much sugar and my back being hurting for the pass 4 days
Male | 17
Eating too many sweet things can make your back hurt. Sugar can make your body inflamed, and that leads to pain in your back. You should eat less sweet foods and drinks. Eat more fruits, veggies, and whole grains instead. Drink lots of water too. Light exercise might also help your back feel better. If you don't feel relieved, contact an orthopedist.

Hi, I am 14 years old and I have had pain in my knee for months now and I am a gymnast and sometimes when I land there is a shot of pain that goes straight through my kneecap and it feels like it just breaks and then it will hurt for about 5 minutes and then I will be fine. I can’t lunge or squat without it hurting and we have tried a lot of things but nothing is working. Thanks!

Your knee pain could be due to ligament sprains or tears, tendonitis or a meniscal tear.. Its common cause of knee pain in young athletes often caused by overuse or repeated stress on the knee joint. I have turf toe in 1year ago I eat medicine buy in medical store and iceing But did not get relief, today I am having pain again and all this happened while playing football.
Male | 14
You could be having turf toe, which is typical when doing sports such as football. Turf toe occurs when the big toe joint is injured, and can cause pain. Symptoms are swelling, pain, and limited movement of the toe. To assist in the healing process, try to rest your foot, use ice packs, and wear supportive shoes. Ignoring the pain, and consulting with the family doctor is a better option.

Let me know norfita in the leg
Male | 88
You might have a condition called sciatica in your leg. When the sciatic nerve is pinched or irritated, it can cause pain, tingling, or numbness in the leg. This can happen if there is pressure on this nerve from muscles or a slipped disc in the spine. You can relieve the symptoms with rest, gentle exercises, and applying ice or heat packs locally. If the pain worsens, visit an orthopedist.

I am 28 years old. From last 2 weeks i am having pain in my left side chest and shoulder/ collar bone.
Male | 28
Your complaint involves the left side of the chest and shoulder/collar bone which has been present for the past two weeks. It may be caused by many things like a muscle strain, an injury, or even heartburn. Besides that, other symptoms such as difficulty breathing, sweating, or nausea may also be present in more severe cases. It's of the utmost importance to rest, apply ice, and stay away from vigorous exercises. Should the pain be persistent or get worse, you are advised to see an orthopedist.

I have broken a bone in my hand which was hit a month ago, but even after a month, the bone is not joint. There is also a plaster bandage on the hand.
Male | 27
It may take longer for the bone to heal if it has not done so after four weeks. Factors such as blood supply or movement at the site of the fracture can cause this. While you should keep the plaster cast on and avoid using the hand too much, it would also be best to visit an orthopedist again so that they can offer further advice on how to care for and ensure proper healing of the bone.

I’m really anxious about something that happened recently and wanted to get your thoughts. So, I went to see a doctor today because I’ve been dealing with some pain in my shoulders. He said it’s due to a deformity in my spine and that it should go away in a few days. The pain is sharp, burning, and kind of aches—it’s definitely worse than what I’ve felt before, but he didn’t seem too concerned. Here’s where I’m stuck: I noticed some scratches on my shoulders, but the doctor didn’t seem to pay much attention to them. When I talked to my dad about it later, he noticed the scratches right away, which freaked me out a bit. The doctor did say that I was vaccinated against rabies a year ago and also for other infectious diseases, so I should be protected, but my mind keeps going to worst-case scenarios. I’ve also been feeling nauseous, but the doctor thinks it’s just nerves. I got super anxious after the whole thing, and now I can’t get it out of my head. I barely slept last night because I’m so worried. I even asked my friends who were there, and they said it didn’t look like anything bit me—just that something flew by. I know I’m probably overthinking this, but should I be worried, or is this just my anxiety getting the best of me? Would appreciate any advice you can give! Thanks!
Male | 17
The pain you're experiencing could be a consequence of the spine problem your doctor pointed out. Such medical problems may be accompanied with sharp, burning, and aching pain. Regarding the scratches, you are safe since you have been vaccinated against rabies and other diseases. Anxiety can be the reason for your nausea, however, if the nausea continues, you should better monitor it. Your first option is to call your orthopedist for a follow-up appointment if the pain or symptoms worsen.

I diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis arthritis on feb 2024 that time my ESR was 70 and now its down to 26 whats that mean
Female | 25
An ESR test measures inflammation levels in your body. A lower ESR reading, like 26, indicates less inflammation compared to a higher value like 70. This suggests the inflammatory condition is relatively better controlled. Ankylosing spondylitis causes back pain and stiffness due to inflammation in the spine. Effective management involves staying physically active through exercise routines, adhering to prescribed medications, maintaining a balanced diet, and avoiding tobacco use.
